I went today for lunch I was waiting on my food. Was visiting other people then realized people who came after me got their food, i went to ask lady in the front and her reply was( after she shrugged her shoulders ) she replied â itâs not my problemâ. I hate that the places in Elgin have such poor people to choose from.

When you wait in the drive thru for 25+ minutes, you would expect quality food for the price. We got home only to discover our fry boxes were less than half full of fries and the food was barely warm. My gravy was more like white water and my chicken strips were as hard as rocks. I have lived in Texas all my life and generally love Whataburger, but the one in Elgin TX is less than desirable.

Bathrooms disgusting. Literally feces caked onto the seat. Also, a worker walked in, used the bathroom, and just left without washing their hands!

Be prepared to wait. It took me 15 minutes from order to pickup. The food was decent, most of the fries were hot, etc. Restaurant is newer. They lost it on how slow they were for fast food.. I could only see two workers inside so perhaps they were way understaffed? No one at drive thru window when I pulled up. After a couple of minutes a lady appeared to take my money and hand me the food.. Will stop elsewhere next time in the area.

This has got to be the slowest âfastâ food place Iâve ever tried to eat at. I LOVE whataburger, but this location makes snails look like Formula 1. Donât bother ordering ahead, donât bother doing curbside, donât bother using them go to McDonaldâs instead.
