Chicken fried steak was great, top sirloin was thin and full of gristle, but still better than some restaurants serve, fried okra was exceptional, potatoes and both gravies were plain and from a box, but were still served well. Waitress was very attentive, and the restaurant had a very quaint attractive atmosphere with ample seating for small town crowds. Will definitely eat here again but will try breakfast or brunch next time as the menu has more options directed at the breakfast...read full review
This was my second visit. Chicken fried steak was delicious last time. This time I had their cheeseburger. The patty was clearly home made and larger than the bun. Real family friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

Huge portions on the Saturday steak special! Good service and good food, I'll be back! I didn't really like the potato salad but my steak was excellent.It's packed on sale days that it can take a long time to get a table or even just getting your food to eat up in the bleachers.Parking: Lots of room for your truck and trailer
