This place has the most delicious cheeseburger 🍔 ever. Here is my favorite place to stop on my way between Austin and Houston to use its restroom and have lunch (which is all the time cheeseburger).
Anytime I find myself traveling through Ellinger, Texas, I make it a point stop here! Absolutely love their kolaches and the store has so much merch to offer travelers! Very clean bathrooms as well.
I highly recommend the poppyseed kolaches! I live in downtown Houston and would easily drive 1.5 hours (one way) for these poppyseed kolaches. When I travel from home to Austin for school, I go out of my way to make a stop here. If you’re ever passing by, do yourself a favor and stop in.
