Waited for about 30 mins for our food and ridiculous food was cold and then gave us wrong burger combo we tried calling Jack In the Box in Elsa Tx and of course their phone line is disconnected never going back again then for spending $30 plus nope no thank you…
Bad service from cashier, very rude!! I have a bussiness, and never would treat my clients as she did.The woman didnt had any tag with her name, and i check the receip looking for the cashier's name to report her and for my surprise it didnt had a name. Bad experience. The place was clean and nice, but not good at treating people.Not coming back to this place again.
