I love original recipe KFC. But the quality of customer service has gone down, exponentially. Not to mention the price per portion...it is outrageously getting out of hand. Makes me wonder if going out to eat is even worth it anymore.
The Lady in the drive thru was trying to do everything on her own with a wait line of over 30minute. No one was aware that they needed help or that the lady needed help. There was 5 customers parked waiting for food

The food is the best ? but they don't put enough fries. I ordered the chicken tenders box and literally it was like 8 fries. When I go somewhere else the box is full and they always forget to put condiments in the bag.
