We found Joe's by accident and thought we would give them a try. We've had his Brisket, Ribs, Loaded Potatoes, Cheeseburgers and tonight his Street Tacos! Everything is always excellent! And I love his homemade French fries! They remind me of the ones my Mother would make. His prices are always reasonable and you get big portions. Discovering Joe's Fat Boy BBQ south of Edinburg Ave just past the Police Dept across the Garden was a delightful surprise. Their Chopped Brisket sandwich was a moist and delicious treat. I regret not taking a picture, but I promise to do so next time. If you're in Elsa, I highly recommend a visit to The Garden at Joe's Fat Boy BBQ for some excellent, delicious BBQ.
