Seriously this place is going from worst to nasty every time is a huge headache with the employees. They always give you the wrong order and the worst part is that they take hours to complete an order made at the app. You all need to hire more professional staff and stop hiring people that act like kids playing games, even though they are full grown. Now you go to this location and all they do is play around be making jokes while people are there waiting for their orders. This is getting ridiculous. And the nasty part is that they (Employees) are eating from the pizzas that people have order without even wearing gloves. Health inspectors should be going in to check how horrible is this place.

I’m not sure who to review 10/31/2025 placed my order at 7:40pm Got a notification order was being picked up at 8:23pm and another at 8:33 delivery (DoorDash) at store waiting to pick up my order and another estimated delivery time at 8:40…8:50…8:57. At that point I should have placed my order 3 or 4 hours I’m advance to have it delivered for dinner This is ridiculous! If there’s a next time I’m going to pick it up myself it’s actually an 8 minutes drive

Aside from being poorly managed and understaffed pretty much every Sunday, employees on the line should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR PHONES WHILE CONTACTING FOOD.
I personally witnessed this happening and it put me off to eating there ever again.
Service was given by an untrained individual and the atmosphere was fine besides the swarm of people anxiously awaiting service or their orders, hence the one star for those two categories.
No stars for food because touching one's phone, answering it, then continuing to make pizzas after contacting a phone, or anything that's not for food assembly is not only unacceptable, I'm pretty sure it's illegal and very much against simple food preparation standards. Negative stars would be appropriate for such outrageous acts.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would , have no idea how you all are at a 3.9 rating. Went in to pick up my online order that was placed at 8 and went in at 9 mind you a whole hour later since estimated time for it to be ready stated 45 min I get off and only to be told that it’s just being put in the oven , my order comes out the pizza is under cooked and the order came out wrong, I ask for my refund and the man proceeded to put in the “right “ order in the oven tells me to give it 10 min and gives me the order looking the same, not complaining at this point because it’s about to be 11 pm and still have to get home and put the pizza in the oven myself. You guys need to get it together and have more rules set for these employees , everyone walking around , taking lunch , answering personal phone calls while the business phone is ringing and nobody is picking up.
