Made online order got processed went to pick it up had to wait in line no problem just to be told my order wasn't made because they ran out of dough why didn't I get a notification or anything through my email or app ridiculous not the workers fault but come pizza hut get your act together

Took 30 minutes to get our food. Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas, both with a side of 4 wings. Both pizzas were uncut. Sauce was half drizzled on all the wings. Wings weren’t fresh. My pizza was cold like it had been sitting out for a long time and didn’t taste right. I sent it back and asked for it in a to-go box. It came back uncut once again. Luckily it was hot the second time. Our server could use a lot of improvement and wasn’t very attentive. Not the most important part, but the restaurant has outdated light fixtures in the seating area with bright white lighting, it just looks weird. I was very disappointed:(

Yesterday night ordered 3 pizzas in the app it said it was ready when I got to store 30 after I placed order they told me they still where making them that they weren't in oven yet they told me 15 more minutes so I waited inside the restaurant 30 min later they gave me 3 pizzas that weren't even my order it was close to closing time could return the pizzas I called today and they told me why I didn't take them back after 1 hour of waiting I was just disappointed I love pizza hut but Elsa TX pizza hut is doing a bad job on how they deal with coustumers

Ordered online, they claimed they didn’t know what flavor or amount I ordered for my wings even though it’s clearly stated when ordered. Couldn’t give me the right amount, or the right flavor, or even a single decent wing. The wings had feathers still all of them.

The manager denied us dine in service because as he said “we are slammed right now” such a pathetic excuse. This Pizza Hut is always trash idk why the franchisee doesn’t make any changes. Especially when your managers are denying service during business hours

Very disappointed at the communication and transparency. I made an order for pick via doordash for boneless wings, I arrive 15 min anticipating the order, but informed to wait another 15-20 min. I wait and my order was placed to a total of an hour I enter back in only to be informed BARELY that they NEVER had boneless wing in stock, and only traditional. I had to call Doordash to get my refund of my order. I am sure the staff were working hard trying to sort through the chaotic issues left behind by the previous shift. This really is disappointing. This was a one time thing, as Im sure the staff are hard workers.

Waited almost an hour for my pizza that would’ve been ready in “ 15 mins”
I always order on the app for carry out or delivery since my family loves Pizza Hut. This past weekend i ordered for delivery and I used my rewards to get two pizzas and I paid out of pocket for a 12pc wings plus delivery fees and taxes was about $26 the delivery driver charged me $15 even after I showed him that I had already paid with the app using my Mastercard. But his manger said I was still responsible for a $15 bal I didn’t want to argue at the moment now that the transaction is fully processed I am really upset is just $15 I get it but it’s not fair

I’m so disappointed in my orders these past few times that I have placed. My thin and crispy pizza always comes out raw and NOT crispy! The pizza literally droops all the down. The underside of my pizza is uncooked. I specifically asked for extra crispy in my special instructions. I love Pizza Hut but sadly I will not be ordering anymore. I had to place my pizza back in my own oven to finish cooking.
