Extremely rude manger short and she hade a bull ring very unprofessional needso more training
There seemed to be a shortage of staff as only 1 waitress ever came out to the dining area, she was really good, but even the best would have trouble keeping up with drink refills.
Bathrooms out of soap & could have been cleaner.
Kitchen had plenty of staff.
Several tables in the dining area were loaded with previous patrons trash & weren't cleared the hour off or visit.
Each slice of the pizzas only had one pepperoni.
The manager was useless and didn’t credit an order that they got wrong even after they said they would !!!
Absolute ripoff !! I will promise you, I’ll Never return to this joint !
It’s not that the food was bad, just way over the top on price.
I could have easily driven to Mercedes for a larger and very good pizzeria for less money.
Hope you enjoy your profit, it won’t last for ever !!
yeaaa i fell for the 2nd floor of this building and then realize there ain’t no wet floor sign then found a dead dog outside the fountain and saw a cloud shape of an playstation 6 and i was like dang i wish my dead gold fish could see it

Upon arrival we were not greeted, sat ourselves after 3 minutes of just standing.. First and last time visiting this Pizza Hut. Our pizza and bone less wings were burnt.. I didn’t even have to let the waitress know about our pizza. upon delivering the pizza to our table she said we have another pizza coming for you because the sauce on this one got burnt .. 1/2 of the pizza tasted burnt. Bummer!

This Pizza Hut do not let you order a pizza when it’s free and you have a all of rewards points. Tried ordering yet again today and yea I was able to order but hey guess what? I still couldn’t order from my rewards! So then I called to Pizza Hut to see if someone from offshore could not help me she instead gave ma a number from rewards to help me out and someone from San Antonio was no help either. So then I go to Pizza Hut and I was told they had no control over that and that the wait for a pizza would be 2 hours. So instead I went to Walmart and bout a pizza and it was way cheaper and better tasting! So I just think that all this thing with the rewards are just pure nonsense! I’d rate it a no star on all choses…
