When i said sunny side up i didnt mean half raw come on its common sense. I guess common sense isnt that common now in days. This is the third time this happens by the way.

Both potatoes were bad, as in no longer good, they were brown on the inside, mushy & had water, they smelled horrible as well. Like how can they not see & smell that. They gave us other potatoes and they were the same way. We didn't eat them, they didn't even bother refunding us for the potatoes. The meat in the tacos & lonches had no flavor, no seasoning whatsoever. The avocado on my lonches had black on it ? I tried leaving a review on their Facebook page and they have it turned off so people can't leave reviews, now I know why ??

The broth was very rich.

Went to try the Birria omelet, and it was delicious! All the other plates were delicious too, the plates were well served and the food tasted fresh, they were short staffed but the waitress still did an awesome job attending to us. Great breakfast and lunch place to go!

Came to Elsa to try this restaurant based on reviews. 1st, the young man (Alex) that was our server was fantastic. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. He took the time and explained the plates to my wife that she had questions on and kept coming back to check on us. 2nd, the cashier who checked us out was also very friendly. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her plate. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for mine. 1st, I'll admit that I do like salt on my food. I know that we are supposed to salt to taste, but mine had zero salt and our spices. The menuedo was a little runny and left a greasy after taste on my lips. Disappointing.
The barbacoa was moist and soft, although it also needed a few more spices as well.
