We are sushi people and the other day I placed a LARGE sushi order, and they didn’t just NOT disappoint, they gave me an extra roll for free! They thanked me for supporting their business. Just let me tell you I am picky about my sushi, and IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!! If you like jalapeño poppers you should try their deep fried roll! I was very pleasantly shocked at the flavor profile! Will definitely be my new sushi place!

we live in Mineola so it's about a 20 minute trek to get to this place. I had read really good reviews about it and after a doctor's appointment I decided to surprise my wife with Chinese food which is nowhere near us in Mineola. I kept calling and calling and no one answered, to be clear they explain later that there was some traffic issues and I understand that. So when I got there I wasn't even sure if they would be open. Not only were they open, but the woman who I assume to be one of the owners, was exceptionally pleasant, apologetic, and provided exceptional service. that in itself was nice after going to so many restaurants where they seem to care less whether your present or not. my order was to go so I did get an egg roll just to satisfy my hunger. super crispy fresh and delicious. the two other plates, Mongolian beef and kung pao chicken, I didn't get to taste until I got home. I and my wife found the food to be delicious and I look forward to going back. Ehile I ordered the food to go because I like to eat at home, it was a very cozy and clean location and I do think at some point my wife and I would make this place a date night location to have service in the restaurant. it's very cozy.

They make the best dragon roll and wonton soup I’ve had in a long time! The lady was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back.

Took a trip out to CK Kitchen from Dallas. The Kung Pao Chicken is my favorite Chinese entree and it’s hard to find a really good one anywhere. CK’s Kung Pao Chicken brought back memories. So delicious, sauce had amazing flavor and consistency with just the right amount. Veggies were nicely cooked and had a nice crunch. Best part was that there was enough peanuts on the plate for each bite. The dish does have chili, but was not spicy which worked out perfect for me. If you like spicy, I’m sure they would be happy to add more spice. Everything else we had was also very delicious.

I've been eating here for a couple of years now and this place is amazing. Everything is made from scratch. The chef presses his own garlic, and hand makes all the sauces. They are hands down the best Asian food you will find. Then they brought on breakfast, and not your average breakfast either again amazing. Crepes were to dye for.

Our family had such a wonderful experience our whole time at CK's Kitchen! The food was excellent, so fresh and flavorful! We all shared the Mongolion Beef, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Chicken Fried Rice and also enjoyed the fried wontons and cheesecake. We also really enjoyed meeting and having a conversation with the owners. We asked for and got to hear their story of how they came to be and it blew us away. Such deserving and sweet people. We love to support a true Mom & Pop business putting their all in to it! Can't wait to go back whenever we are passing through Emory!

Every time I'm in the Lake Fork area I always stop here for lunch or dinner or brunch. Everything I've had here is fresh and delicious. Although I've tried several items... all delicious... their take on Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken are my favorites...all my friends that have joined me become regulars too...a hidden treasure in East Tx
