The older heavy-set woman with dark hair at the register was so rude! She talks to customers like they're inferior. When she forgot my Blizzard and I asked about it, she just slammed it on the counter said “here” and rolled her eyes at me. These type of people need fired.

i went into dairy queen today me and my boyfriend just wanted a cupfection and a kids cheese burger meal. i’m an ex worker here so i know how stressful it can be. the lady taking our order seemed to be new or just tired because she’s been worked like a dog we repeated our order 3 times kids CHEESE burger and cupfectionx the cupfection was great!! on the other hand we thought she had our order correct… wrong.. we get our food drive away my cheese burger has NO CHEESE!! i look at my order from the receipt and they rung it up as a kid burger fine totally fine. go back wanting my cheese and i tell the lady and she rings me up for a slice of cheese all solved. i hear someone i know in the kitchen and i told the lady to tell them it was me because idk why not and he goes “well of course it is” well that’s the great customer service we love to hear… they give me my cheese with their barehands, no gloves not in a wrapper with his bare hands… i told him to get me a cheese that wasn’t touched because i don’t if he’s washed his hands or what… to sum it all up dont work nor go here… they don’t appreciate their customers nor their employees a shift leader should not be acting in a childish and rude way… they let there chicken strips and fries sit all day long so if you want fresh better ask for fresh or you won’t be getting that .. the kitchen doesn’t wear gloves nor hairnets it’s just very unsanitary to eat here in all… all they do is gossip and talk shit about their employees and the customers save the trip!!

Yesterday at around 6PM, this rather rotund middle-age lady was being a loud-mouth while taking our order. She said that the taco salad; That my sweetheart’s mom cannot have the nacho cheese on the side of her taco salad, WHICH clearly can be accepted! Also, the lady “accidentally” added in a 3rd combo which wasn’t ordered and didn’t include in a medium root beer for my sweetheart’s father, which i helped purchase SEPARATELY… When I wanted to order a large tea, the lady tried to downplay the size citing the pricing… I don’t care, GIVE ME MY LARGE CUP! I had to settle for a medium… Also, another lady brought in our dinner on a tray when it was supposed to be TO-GO!!!
Clearly…if you don’t have something nice to say and can’t do your job right, rotund middle-aged lady with your glasses on, you don’t deserve to be working at Dairy Queen!

Order my food and had everything on it and then when I went in to get it fixed the three girls had aditudes and when I told them why I couldn't eat tomatoes because I'm allergic and they all laughed at me the orang3 hair brown hair and the mixed girl in the front very rude will never go back

This place usually has good food and service so I'm not sure what went wrong tonight. The food was not great. That is all I will say about that. They also need to learn some serious proper food etiquette. If you give food to the wrong vehicle you don't just make a swapsie and think it's ok . I'm mind-boggled that they thought it was. We both had to dig through each other's food to know it was the wrong order. Just plain disgusting. I don't know that other person from Adam and the same for that other person also. You make a fresh order for both. It's common sense.

Don't eat here the manager that works here is very rude. Me and my family came in to order and the lady taking my order started off rude then every time I started to order something she turned to another person and started talking. Totally ignoring me. Happened over 5 times. We walked out and went to whataburger. Whataburger is so much cleaner and the people are super nice.
