Order is wrong every single time we order. They also run out of things and do not mark them out of stock if you order online. Management needs to step up.

Edit: The owners response below is weak lip service. This franchise needs a full review from corporate. The reviews are clearly showing that management has failed at keeping standards met.

I stopped at the Emory location and spent $80 on food. When I got home which is 15 minutes from town half the order was missing. They guy at the window I had to repeat myself to and he finally got it right but when I got home I was missing half the chicken pieces 2 tenders. A side 4 rolls plus more. My daughter called to let them know and the manager on duty said we could come back and get it which was another trip and then she hung up on her. I will not be going back here

Morning crew is doing great! Foods always fresh and the staff are always so friendly and greets us with smiles. After 5 the service gets slow and the accuracy is hit or miss. I've ordered food and it be missing whole meals or missing fries or sauces. They are always quick to fix mistakes but I just prefer to go around 1pm for best service.

I recently ordered through the drive-thru, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! The gentleman taking my order, Samuel, took my order, efficiently, with a smile and ensuring everything was correct before I rolled up to the window. My chicken was hot and packed with flavor, while the fries were crispy and perfectly salted. I appreciated the quick service time, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I will definitely be coming back for more deliciousness on the go!
