Bought a 14' utility trailer in 2017 and have had next to no issues that weren't caused by my actions. All that was necessary for me to replace was the tires, and this is to be expected after years/miles of use. I recently bent an axle after taking a turn to sharp, the shop and the office employees were great about getting me a replacement axle the same day that I called, they even stayed a little after 5 PM so I could pick up the replacement. I would buy another trailer from Longhorn tomorrow if needed.

Called to inform them about an issue with the way they send lights on their trailer's. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and did not care about the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY LONGHORN TRAILERS. By the way I am a customer.

We have purchased several trailers from this company. Utilities to goosenecks they all have been wonderful. We put them to good use and we have never had a problem with not one of them. The customer service we reiceved was great very welcoming and answered all of our questions without a problem. Defiently would recommend this company great prices great people overall great durable trailer.

Shannon and Long Horn Trailers of Emery Texas saved my husband and I not once but 2 times Sunday 6/20. We had a tire completely shred on a small trailer we had just bought that day from a person in Mt Vernon. We got it as far as 10 miles before Emery before a tire blew. We we stranded, no spare, and up rides Shannon and I believe his son to help us stranded on the side of the road. He went back to his shop brought a new tire and wheel and even helped put it on. Hooray. But the story does not end there....10 miles on the other side of Emery the other trailer blew and shredded. Luckily Shannon had given us his number and we called him and he met us back up the road in Emery with another new tire and wheel. And this was all on a Sunday. He even called about 10 pm to make sure we were still safely on our way home. Thank you Shannon you are a great guy and a credit to Texas.

No zero star's, so one will have to do. My suggestion is to run to any other dealership. Longhorn Trailer has sub-standard everything. From hitch, paint job, and oh yes the floor of the trailer too. I have owned six different trailers from four different manufacturers. I purchased two trailers from Longhorn both of them junk
