The food was delicious, the Mac and cheese and Bo’s slaw had a different taste than we are used to the sliced brisket was a little dry but still edible but other than that everything was good.

We were just driving through. Stumbled upon Marshall’s! Delicious BBQ & wonderful service. If we ever find ourselves in Emory again we will be visiting again!
I’ve been taking the scenic route home from North Dallas to Longview avoiding I-635 , 80 , and I-20. Stopped for lunch in Emory at Marshall’s, and had a great BBQ brisket and ribs. I will definitely return
The meat is always excellent. Don't care much for the sides, but I will continue to go. This last time, I was very disappointed. There were 3 kids running around in the food prep area and messing with the food. That should not be allowed. If I see that again, I won't return.
