Please understand this review is totally based on the phone call ordering system . The owners should be ashamed . I called it took me longer to place the order than it would have if I had went to the store and ordered it and waited on it . The person taking my order was not even at the store was so busy trying to upsale me and didn’t get my name right after repeating it four times and when I go to get the order they didn’t know who I was I said I paid over the phone with a card they asked what I ordered and found the order . But when I placed the order she asked what store will you be picking this up at I said the one I called she said which one is that . I said are you kidding me you mean your taking an order if it’s wrong I’m gonna be pissed at then and you took the order she didn’t even acknowledge it she said again which store will you be picking this up at I said Emory she said the one on Texas street near Ivan smith I said well what others ones you got in Emory I may change my mind . She said sir that the only store in Emory . I’m like then why are you asking which store in Emory . She then moved in to take my credit card information again she got the name wrong had to spell it four times it declined her twice so I said listen Linda listen and I called out each Letter of my name oausing between each letter then I called out the number pausing between each number the same with expiration cvc and zip code it went through . Even after all that I get there they can’t find the order so I’m there for ten minutes waiting for that . The owner should be ashamed of there self for causing the employees so much headache and no wonder there’s such a high turnover in employees and there constantly advertising for help on indeed and other sites . The employees do not stand a chance at success there doomed before they ever start making the order .

This place is horrible they should shut it down, worst place to eat in Emory except for Blazin Pizza they're worse.
I called to order a big dinner box and the young lady said they couldn't because of no bread sticks. I asked if they could substitute and we pay the extra or something and she was rude and started to tell me that they have all the $7 meal deals( which aren't $7) and then started to name all of them. I tried to tell her I needed the bone in wings and asked if they had any other deal with them and she was short and said no I'm sorry we don't. She definitely was not interested in helping me figure anything out to fit what I needed 😒 customer service is horrible in this place.
What's not to like about Pizza Hut? Ordered ahead and was ready for pickup on time.
