Ordered online on the app an got a Oreo cheesecake hot fudge sundae and payed extra for the Oreo cheesecake and we didn’t get it, it was just a hot fudge sundae even tho we questioned them and they said it was hidden in the ice cream but they just didn’t put it and lied to our faces about it, also don’t order mozzarella sticks cuz they don’t give out ranch or marinara with it ever

The drive thru was wrapped around the building. I ordered ahead and didn't think about the line. Instead of using a parking stall, I waited in line. A young lady came out and asked me my name. She brought me out my drink order and I was very soon on my way .Great customer service.

I got popcorn chicken. I am a big fan of batter. However, on this trip I got NO CHICKEN WITH THAT BATTER. There was nothing white.....like chicken....in any bite. Seriously. For me to complain, means there was NO CHICKEN.

Don’t bother trying the drive thru, employees placed a hand written sign to pull into a bay. There isn’t much to expect when eating here although I was fooled into thinking that I couldn’t go wrong with ordering a corn dog. Fooled once again, this 3 day old reheated dog toy was the worst thing I’ve ever tried from Sonic. One bite and the whole thing came off the stick, I couldn’t even bite off a piece to swallow so I spit out into a bag. Through frustration I chunked the thing out the window for the birds and squirrels. Then I felt bad as I couldn’t thing to do that to an animal so I picked it back up, threw it in the dumpster.

This is maybe my third experience ordering from this sonic. The music was too loud and the woman who took my order seemed annoyed. The pretzel twist was good but the cheese sauce was lukewarm and my chicken strips were burned. I went to sonic just 15 minutes before they closed so maybe they were just annoyed about that and did not have time to drop more chicken strips but it was still dissapointing and I don't know if I will be going there again.
