This is the slowest Subway to ever exist Ally to always get the wrong order. You will save your time by going to the next nearest Subway, even if it is 20 min away. Even if you order on the app and wait 10 min before leaving to drive 15 min to the store. For a turkey and cheese sandwich?! Not to mention, half the time the order is wrong. I don’t know why I give this place a chance anymore. Today they just handed me a SALAD with my receipt order that is a SANDWHICH. When they redid the sandwhich, IT WAS STILL COMPLETELY WRONG. I just spent an hour of my time and my money to get something I won’t eat. I confronted the server and she gave me a thumbs up. The workers just don’t care. I cannot stand this place. Only the one in Emory. Ope! Just found out they gave another customer the wrong order too!! Would love for a manger to reach out to me. I NEVER leave reviews, but I’m sick of this place.
Horrible sandwich spot! We have been to this place 3 times and each time there was always a long line and took forever. The second time the burnt the sandwiches
We figured 3rd times a charm.... smh nope, This last time I did it online to avoid the long line. We got Philly steak and a chicken protein bowls, get home and BOTH bowls had cold meats. Like just came out of the icebox cold. We call and ask why they were cold and the kid who answered was talking to some girl who refused to get on the phone and I could hear every word and she was sooooo rude. They blamed it on us!! Said we should have put it in the special instructions. I was floored. I told them when you are in the store ordering you aren't asked if you want the meat heated. Just if you want the bread toasted and if you don't then you automatically heat the meat! They argued with me. She not one time offered to replace the bowls. I did not even let them finish with the conversion at that point. I told the young man that I was about to head back to them to make it right. We got there and she had already made them but as we walked in she still had the attitude and continued to tell me how to place it in the special instruction place. I was over it at this point. I told her to not waste her time because I will not be back , your customer service is horrible
I wish I could give 0 stars. If you must use this location, don’t order through the app. This subway stole 36 dollars after we placed an order through the app and were charged for it but I guess they did not get the order? They are refusing to make it even if we are able to show proof of the purchase through the transaction. The employee (possibly named Brittany) working is very rude, she spoke with my husband first telling him it’s not their app, it’s through a 3rd party so basically not their problem. I called back to figure out what we need to do next to get this resolved because it’s not right and she didn’t even let me finish explaining or get to my question, she very rudely and full of attitude cut me off and told me “like I told your husband there’s nothing we can do blah blah blah” so I returned the attitude and she hung up on me. I called back and my call was ignored twice before she answered again, I asked for her name and her supervisors name because at this point, the lack of care and straight disrespect was mind blowing and she told me the supervisor is about to call me…. Still waiting? I get that technical issues can happen sometimes but where is the customer service? The customer assistance? They do not care that their system just stole 36 dollars from us.
So I try to avoid Subway as much as possible. And here I sit hungry and I think one more try. Wow big mistake. Subway just cannot produce a good sandwich or even a mediocre one. Sparse of much meat, wilted vegetables, sauce that is mostly sugar. Ended up throwing it away. Why oh why can’t they make a decent sandwich. Not to mention it’s dirty. And the locations in my town are always out of things. Buyer beware just not a good experience all the way around. Oh and with 5 cameras you would think they would serve you quickly. Nope.
This place only gets 1 star because they have a tip jar on the register that the employees don't get. Id love to know where it goes! Misrepresentation should get 0 stars but that's not an option. Do better for your employees, Subway.
I know all subways serve thr same subs, but this one the young lady just added the perfect amount of toppings and the perfect amount of honey mustard. There is a difference, you can have to much of one of the dressings or not enough, mine were perfect.

Asked for fork for salad, they gave me spoon and said they have no forks. Asked for pepperoni, was told they were out, other employee offered to cut some. Asked for cup of water they said they would have to charge me soda price. Employee never smiled I felt I was putting her out and she couldn't figure out what she was doing on register. Maybe training? Not a good subway visit.

We were at the Emory Subway tonight and sage and Kevin were on duty. They were a pleasure while we were there and the food was excellent. The inside was very clean. They are an asset to your company

I'm not sure why, but Subway sandwiches taste a whole lot better than homemade. The coupons saved us money on 2 foot longs, which is plenty for 2 meals. I can not say I have ever had a bad Subway sandwich. Great place for a grab and go.

We love this Subway but every time we come, there is only one person working. We have been told that they are trying to cut costs. At least have 2 people working.
