Went here the other night, after months of not going (this location is disgusting) Rice and potatoes were very old, waaaaay passed the holding time. One of my burritos was the wrong item. Instead of a double beefy burrito, I got a nasty 5 layer with no meat. Called got no answer. Also, no employees in sight when I went to pick up my (mobile) order

We stopped at this location on a recent Friday afternoon on a road trip, so we where just passing through and needed something fast. This location was great, the ladies that helped us where nice, fast and you could tell the food was made with care (taste, burritos wrapped right, etc.) At Taco Bell you never know what you are going to get with it comes to food and people (see my other Taco Bell reviews, I have seen it all), but they where great here. Even the person that was with me thought the same things about this locations. I wish this was the Taco Bell in my area. Keep up the great job!!

Asked for sour cream to be distributed throughout my burrito supreme, instead I got no sour cream at all. They suck in Emory Texas...always have. I should have known better thinking something already bad would get any better.

It's Taco Bell. You have most likely eaten it all you your life if you are under 60 years old.

Service is very slow. We had trouble finding a clean table. The dining room floor and all the tables needed to be cleaned.

Came through at 8:30 on 6/29/25, and wow — what an experience!
The girl taking orders must’ve mistaken us for contestants on “America’s Next Top Inconvenience” because she was serving up attitude like it was on special. We hadn’t even ordered yet and already felt like we owed her an apology just for existing.

Decided to leave before she could roll her eyes into another dimension.
Didn’t order a thing — unless you count a full plate of disrespect.

Absolutely iconic customer service… if you’re aiming for a training video titled “How to Guarantee No One Ever Comes Back.”

10/10 would recommend… to my enemies.

I recently dined at Taco Bell in Emory and I have to say, it was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. The food was absolutely incredible, each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so inviting and cozy, it really added to the overall dining experience. And the service was top-notch, the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I couldn't have asked for better food, atmosphere, or service. It was truly a mic dropping experience and I can't wait to go back again.
