The food is home cooking. If you've not had good home cooking, then go to Baileys. The portions are good size, not overboard. Their food is consistant in taste and quality. The owner of this cafe is caring and always aims to please. She also gives back to the community and the church. She is always feeding those who are less fortunate through her church organization.
This cafe is a mom and pop business that works hard to provide good food and friendly service.

Baileys Cafe is one of those rare finds I come across. The food is excellent, fresh ingredients and wonderfully satisfying. I had breakfast and it was so good, I came back the next day for lunch. They did a fantastic job. I will be returning every chance I get. I highly recommend them.

Very good food. Portion sizes were good. Prices were very affordable. We were surprised that soup came instead of chips. The soup tasted delicious 😋. This will be on top of our list of restaurants when we drive through Ennis again.
