Stopped for a late lunch. Had burger combo with fries and a drink. Food was good and fresh. We ordered ice cream for dessert. The single-dip candy sundae was awesome!!!! I had fudge and carmel topping on vanilla ice cream with crushed Reeces peanut butter cups and almonds. My absolute favorite treat at Braums.

10:05 pm had no bananas and no chocolate chip Ice cream. This is the third visit that they had no bananas and the 2nd visit they had no chocolate chip Ice cream. Custom service is so bad.

Honestly, the only good thing about this Braum’s is the ice cream. Everything else was disappointing. They didn’t even have Cookies and Cream, which is basic for an ice cream place. On top of that, the night manager was rude for no reason, especially toward the teens working there. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not the friendly service you’d expect.
Asked for fries with cheese and this is how I got them what a shame

You cannot beat their ice cream offerings. So good! Food is okay. The restaurant is super clean and little market that's part of the store is nice and well stocked.
Samantha made the best dessert ever and was on top of her game. I did not get to eat what she made because I was being dumb and dropped it trying to take another photo buuuit thanks Braums crew for making another one while I cried of embarrassment and ate my remade one in the car. Stay groovy and making peoples day, you’re worth iiiiiit
