First thing walking in I instantly saw a super skinny girl handling bananas for the banana split with her bare hands… why not use gloves? Then the person who took my order was a girl with black hair- short pigtails and hair covering over and into her eyes- her hat was tilted downward that way you don’t see her face- never made eye contact with me. I’m positive she was new so I won’t say anything about that but she was clearly struggling and would look back at her coworkers for help and they didn’t seem to want to help her out. A man from the kitchen was constantly looking over at us and he was even laughing in a way of making fun… Food was still good minus the use of no gloves…

Wow, all i wanted was as a sweet treat… i had asked for no fudge on my blizzard, it came with fudge. i was going to admit defeat, but the worker stopped me and said “you said no fudge right?” Yes. they remade my order but upon to my surprise, it didn’t come with brownie bits like it should’ve. Now I have mixed feelings

Me and my daughter stopped by to get some food for lunch the cashier rang me up my daughter did the same all was great my daughter got her food and it was missing something she went back and asked for it and the lady that was working the drive through told her it doesn't come with it ,it has never come with it and she was just trying to get something for free my daughter was so upset she couldn't eat I spent 20 dollars for my food that I was eating and While I was eating.the women kept saying in a loud voice were everyone in the restaurant could hear about how that never came with that over and over again I finally got up because I could see how much it was upsetting my daughter and asked the lady to please stop saying that over and over it's very rude she snapped at me so I sat down and talked to my daughter we though away the food and left so please think of others before you speak Remember we are all in this together and should treat each other accordinglike thank you

Absolutely disheartening coming here today. To be charged extra for taco sauce to go on nachos and tacos and then when I just asked for a refund for the food because the "manager" and cashier were bad mouthing and cussing about me and my mother behind the counter and in the kitchen where everyone in the store could hear. I've never been so disrespected at a Dairy Queen before. Shame on these Ladies for the way they are treating customers, like they are better than everyone else in the world. We were nothing but sweet, and my mom only spoke up because of them cussing about us in the back. I really hope the GM steps up and makes some very needed changes with this store and very soon.
