I visited the Dairy Queen in Ennis around 1:30 PM today and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Hunger Buster with cheese and mayonnaise, “all the way,” as part of a combo meal. When my order was brought out, it was missing the drink. After that was fixed, I went home only to find my burger was completely plain — just the meat and bun, with no condiments or toppings.
I went back and explained what happened, asking them to fix it, but instead of remaking the burger properly, they just added mayonnaise to the same one and handed it back.
I’m really frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I paid for a meal made to order and didn’t get what I asked for, even after giving them a chance to correct it.
Service is really bad here, the owners need to clean house and start over.

Omg so i thought ive seen everything till this. We was eating ice cream at DQ Ennis after we ate so grandson drops the rest of the ice cream on the floor. We pick it up put it in the trash. The lady that works there was wiping tables down we told her he dropped it, she said oh its fine, she bends down wipes the ice cream off the floor then gets up and finish wiping tables.... Um yeah you heard me right. I said to my husband, oh no they didn't just do that he said yeah she did. So word to the wise don't eat here and if you do I warned you.

I love tacos from Dairy Queen and typically will buy one wherever I’m at in Texas but this place was the friendliest and cleanest Dairy Queen I’ve been to. The food was perfect! Oh and taco Tuesday the tacos are $1.25😁

never going back to dairy Queen the manager in charge and employee refused to sell me ice cream bc they were going to clean the machine but yet they were still open and the worst part is that there sitting their laughing at me bc they know they can sell me ice cream and choose not to very poor management

Came thru on Sunday to order tacos. Held up in long drive thru line for 20 minutes just to hear the employee say, “sorry we’re out of tacos”. Do better on inventory. Or hire better employees that know how to do the job.

Spent close to $50 to get the wrong food…. We ordered 2 steak finger baskets, and got 2 chicken strip baskets. The fries were undercooked and the strips were dry and cold.

First thing walking in I instantly saw a super skinny girl handling bananas for the banana split with her bare hands… why not use gloves? Then the person who took my order was a girl with black hair- short pigtails and hair covering over and into her eyes- her hat was tilted downward that way you don’t see her face- never made eye contact with me. I’m positive she was new so I won’t say anything about that but she was clearly struggling and would look back at her coworkers for help and they didn’t seem to want to help her out. A man from the kitchen was constantly looking over at us and he was even laughing in a way of making fun… Food was still good minus the use of no gloves…
