Outstanding service!! My husband and I came in Sunday after the evening service and were delightfully surprised at how well everything went. We've been to this location before, and it was very adequate, but this time, it blew us away. Our waiter was Dylan, I think. The name on the receipt is tiny and hard to see, but that's about our only complaint. He greeted us warmly, was quick with drinks, and the food came out less than 10 minutes after we ordered it, so it's clear there's strong connectedness between the cooks and waiters. The food itself was great, standard Ihop food, but the service is what made the experience so memorable. Give that boy a raise!

We went inside and no one greeted us or even asked us how many of us there was. We went for a birthday dinner at that and what we experienced ruin the whole evening and day. You might as well close if your hiring employees with no hospitality. Left 5 mins after with your employees not saying a single word to us.

i came in at 2am, our server dylan noted he was tired for the night. with that being said, he didn’t say a word to us, he didn’t refill our drinks nor check on us at all. i was trying to be considerate and understanding but at the end of the meal when he handed us the card back, he didn’t say a word. i would suggest that you guys hire someone who is more suitable for a night time role.

They weren't even busy and I waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged even though the lady was standing there talking to people. Then another 8 minutes before placing my drink and food order. Then 25 minutes for my food that had absolutely no seasoning. Tried 3 different salt shakers all were wet om the inside. Went to put syrup on my pancakes and it was water. I told the lady and she said "OK I'll bring your check". I came to the wrong ihop trying to meet other people for an event and they all said "Oh that one is horrible". I should've known by that and how packed Dennys was that they weren't exaggerating

First.. ALL our food was cold. My sausage looked like only one side was on the grill and it was cold. The scrambled eggs definitely were not two eggs and they were cold. My English muffins was warm but not toasted. It was like it was warmed up in the microwave. My husband's hash browns were barely brown and cold. When I say cold. I mean like not cooked cold. The pancakes were the only thing hot. Maybe IHOP should only serve pancakes. Our waitress barely spoke to us. When she dropped off our ticket I wished here a good day with a big smile. She didn't acknowledge me and started talking to whoever she was listening ? to. Ridiculous!! We will NEVER eat at the Ennis IHOP again. Denny's here we come!!

Haley was an amazing waitress!! Give that girl a raise!! The manager was kind enough to respond so I'll elaborate. We ordered the t-bone breakfast, cooked medium, and it came out more than rare. We were comped, and the sirloin tips they brought as a replacement were delicious. The service is amazing and staff was extremely kind!! We'll definitely stop by again on our way home. Thanks!

This was the second time at this IHOP that it took close to 1.5 hours to get our food. The food wasn't bad, and our server was good, but the kitchen couldn't keep up. Definitely won't return to this location.
