Waited for +30 minutes, seen multiple tables dirty and the workers just standing and talking with each other. Saw several people leave as no reassurance on when tables would be clean. Do they need more workers or just need to learn how to do their work?

Staff pleasant. Pancake was different, the stuff on top was tasty, the pancake itself had chocolate mint cookies in them. I'm sure my grandson would love them.

Walked in and waited for minutes before being greeted, even though all the servers were standing just a few feet away from us. Three tables, and no one was being helped in the entire restaurant. We said “we’re gonna give them sixty more seconds to finish their conversations to help us,” the servers LOOKED at us, and continued talking so we left.

I understand waiting but 40 minutes for 2 peoole when you have a full house and a line out the door and yet you still don't utilize the other side of the restaurant,It makes no sense. Open both sides during peak hours and back to one side during off peak hours.

It’s 24*7 but it should not be mean that it should be daily anytime. I feel employees shift should be changed when the day starts. Poor guys they look so exhausted even at 9am. They look like why did you come, what do you want!!Also everything looks so dirty and nasty like whatever is eaten is piled up then and there everywhere.

My wife and I sat down and it was over 10 minutes before we got our drinks. The food we ordered was not what we were expecting. I had the bourbon burger had no taste of flavor and the seasoned fries were not season fries they were regular. My wife had the biscuit and gravy combo and she didn't finish it. The service here is bad and the food didn't help the situation. My wife and I will not be coming back.

The quality of the food at IHOP has declined steadily over the years, and the prices have skyrocketed. As the price of eating at restaurants has increased everywhere, you want to hope that the food maintains quality. Overcooked poached eggs, obvious thin frozen “chicken fried steak” patties with no flavor. $18.99 for pot roast with a serving size of little more than a ladle full. All I can say is that IHOP makes me sad to see what it’s become. This review not only includes this location, but a location further south out of the DFW area. The only saving grace of these IHOPs is the service. I think the servers know what poor quality they are serving and trying to make the best of it. Hats off to your servers. Thumbs down to those deciding where their products are sourced.

We did a pick up order 2 grilled Cobb salad's and fruity pancakes. Won’t be ordering from here again. Salad had black avocado and no egg we got chunks of the inner lettuce . Bananas were black on pancake. We live literally 4 minutes from IHOP. I called to speak to manager and Pilar said she was the manager . I told her my issue and she said the avocado turned black in transport. Really do better ihop. This place had declined so much. This used to be our spot.

Stopped in today and waited for 30 minutes with no food had at least 8 to 10 people sitting around in the kitchen arguing and noticed that the employees were fixing their own food and eating. Absolute terrible experience and I would not recommend this IHOP location.

Service is hit and miss and the food has really declined in the last few months. I don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews but they have been skimping on items in the meals you pay for. There is also almost constant fighting in the kitchen.

Me and my family Came here to enjoy a family outing of 9 for the very first time. Both hostess where every rude when we told them there where going to be 9 people, the hostess told another employee that he had jinxed it they both told us it would be about a 15 - 20 minute wait we sat down for about 45 minutes just for the hostess to ask who wanted the big group of 9 everyone said no they keep going back and forth and honestly that made us very uncomfortable we decided to leave and we will no longer be back at this location.

Waited in line for 20 minutes when they had plenty of tables. One couple had been waiting over 45 minutes for their CFS. The waitress was complaining the whole time about how slow the cooks were. She took our order and said it shouldn't be more then 10 minutes. 25 minutes later we asked if she could check on our food and she stated the cooks didn't even have our order while groups that were seated after us had received their food. We WILL NOT be back!!
