Put in a mobile order, came out 10 minutes late while i was there upon the time it said to be out, a worker was outside screaming before I went in, and then the food came out poorly made and wrong.

Worst Jack In The Box in Texas. Workers are lazy and unprofessional. Worker decided to take a smoke break and was arguing on her phone instead of taking order. Waited over 30 minutes to place order. During my wait over 10 vehicles left the line. Go elsewhere. Place needs to go under new management or be shutdown completely.

The cooks and cashier were rude. Basically kicked us out when our food came out saying they only let us in so we could order. We couldn’t eat our food inside. And there was soda all over the floor with no wet floor signs. Overall do no recommend.

It took me 30 minutes to get from the order screen to one car head. There is still 4 cars ahead of me but I have been sitting in the same spot for 10 minutes. It is 11pm so there is not a reason for the slow pace of the drive through

Stopped by to grab some food then my food was given to someone else after waiting for almost 20 minutes I asked for my food the manager Nichola became really angry n started yelling n cursing at me saying she had already gave it to me it’s definitely disgusting that a person can talk to a customer in that manner I will never stop here again
