It took me 30 minutes to get from the order screen to one car head. There is still 4 cars ahead of me but I have been sitting in the same spot for 10 minutes. It is 11pm so there is not a reason for the slow pace of the drive through

Stopped by to grab some food then my food was given to someone else after waiting for almost 20 minutes I asked for my food the manager Nichola became really angry n started yelling n cursing at me saying she had already gave it to me it’s definitely disgusting that a person can talk to a customer in that manner I will never stop here again
Me and my daughter eat breakfast here just about every morning until one day when I had got my order it was missing an item and the employee tried to argue with me about putting all the items in my bag then had the nerve to grab my bag and put her hand in my bag searching thru my food without gloves to see where the item was I told her I just want what I paid for and she steadily made me seem like i was n the wrong which I wasn’t I told her I don’t have to lie check my car and after all the mouthing she did she gave me the item on top of my bag of food she touched all over I just grabbed it and left as I was in a rush to get my daughter to school but the name on the receipt was Ana wont be back for a while.

The service was very terrible, you don't get what your order, they are very slow, the appearance of the food is ridiculous, it was a waste of my heart earned money, everyone in that needs to be fired.... And the food is crap y'all need to do better towards the customer service..

Took over 25 mins to get our food when they cleaned out the line in drive thru and pulled us around to the front door. Meanwhile during waiting we see a guy who I guess was in the back coming and kissing on the girl in the drive thru?? Yeah get it's valentines day, but can we just get our food instead of yall macking it up before serving customers?? 🤔
