I hate DoorDash. When I say my Dasher was the best part that is beyond disappointing. 3 times I've tried to order the fan faves $10 and they were always missing 1 or more parts. Tonight ordered 2 jumbo jacks no sauce, a fan fav, and a teriyaki bowl. Why did I recieve a breakfast jack rock hard, ucb with sauce, a egg roll, mini churros, 4 mozzis and 2 drinks? Just call me and cancel it. Ill be disappointed but not mad. Now I want my money back and don't take out my Dashers pocket she did her job. Get food and drive it here. And the food bag and drinks have no way to tell whose is whose they have stickers to say property of but it's blank so unless im the only person getting food that poor girl would have no ideaDietary restrictions: I requested no sauce cause im allergic to mayo and was sent a burger with mayo

I ordered off door dash. My total was 118 dollars. The burgers were cold. The onions rings were soggy the cheese sticks are cold we were missing two drinks. I got the wrong salad and even the wrong chicken in the salad. And to top it off. I spent over 100 dollars on this order and I can’t even call the store to get it fixed or replaced.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Sadly, the chicken was just two small slices. When I found a hair in the salad I showed it to the manager. She said she was busy and made me wait before she came to give me a refund.Poor food and poor customer service.

DONT COME HERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns and when I pulled up to the window first the lady had like an attitude. I asked for the manager and she didn’t want to come to the window I had to tell her 3-4 that I wanted to speak to her because she just would not come to the window. Would not recommend!! If the manger asks like that then that’s why the cashiers do the same thing!!DONT GO!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

You will get better food and service during the day here. Ordered some late night munchie meals, and was asked to pull around front waiting on the fries. Got my bag and was missing drinks and food. The lady had to do 3 trips back inside. The chicken was burnt. The fries I waited on were soggy and only filled up half the container. And after asking for specific sauces. they just threw hot sauce in the bag. Definitely need some more leadership and structure.
They don’t even deserve one star- most ridiculous employees I have ever witnessed. Ignored at the drive thru after being asked to back up to the first sign that had no speaker as well as cars behind us.

I don't usually leave bad reviews because I've been in fast food before too and know how it can be sometimes.But today on Thanksgiving I got really annoyed because I work everyday holiday or not and I actively avoid this jack in the box but since it was Thanksgiving it was one of the only places open I could go to. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and 4 tacos and after paying they tell me to pull around to the front and they would come out and give it to me so I did and after 10 min they bring my food and I rush to work when I open the bag I have 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich with no cheese. Usually I would let it slide and not think much of it but this happens at this location every single time I go there and on days I'm running late I can't go back and ask them to fix it and it's just so annoying at this point. I would suggest going to literally any other fast food restaurant in the area because this jack in the box is almost always going to get your order wrong.

My favorite fast-food sandwich used to be the Sourdough Jack hamburger. Not just at this particular location, but others as well, my former favorite is lacking in freshness, flavor, and taste. This may be due to poor timing, poor management, or a decline in quality of ingredients. Maybe it's just the particular franchise, but the last 3 locations I visited might suggest that other factors might be in play.
