The Food was good and hot. I was glad that our food was hot and not cold. The tea was not good. It tastes like water and sugar with no flavor of tea. We ordered the croissant sausage breakfast sandwich combo, chicken nuggets and jumbo jack with cheese combo. Overall it was ok - just the wait time was horrible. We stayed in line for over 40mins waiting for our food. I would have given all 4's if it wasn't for the wait time and tea.
Pretty good 90% of the time. Night shift can be hit or miss.

My favorite fast-food sandwich used to be the Sourdough Jack hamburger. Not just at this particular location, but others as well, my former favorite is lacking in freshness, flavor, and taste. This may be due to poor timing, poor management, or a decline in quality of ingredients. Maybe it's just the particular franchise, but the last 3 locations I visited might suggest that other factors might be in play.
