I go to popeyes at least 1 every 2 weeks. Honestly its a hit or miss with the chicken. Have gone several times and the chicken is overcooked and dry to the bone. Then some days its perfect and juicy.
Ordered ahead online, but still had to wait approximately 15 minutes to get my order. This store is consistently slow which is why I ordered ahead. I was disappointed to still have to wait so long.
After reading all the negative comments, I had to post my positive experience tonight. I ordered a fairly large family meal and waited a decent time for a Saturday night at fast food chain. The young kid t the window was very nice and apologetic for the wait time. The food was great and the experience was great. It is fast food but it’s chicken, I would rather wait few minutes longer for “done” chicken than undercooked. Great job and great experience tonight!
