I usually enjoy visiting the Starbucks in Ennis, but there’s one barista at the drive-thru who often looks like she's pushing through her irritation of the general customer. True, we've all been there and we know what it's like to try and be a professional and deal with customers especially ones who never seemed satisfied. And yes I do agree if we're talking about the same barista who holds the credit card reader outside the window in order to pressure you for a tip... it does definitely take away from the experience. I did not grow up in a generation of leaving a tip for drive-thru service.... the world is changing.

My sister will order drinks and they always mess them up for her and she never complains and I encouraged her to say something to them. She finally got the courage to tell them that they did not put the raspberry cold foam or raspberry syrup in her plain matcha drink. They claim they did. They did not nor did they offer to remake the drink which is what I would have , and have done when I worked that job at a different location. Very disappointed in this Starbucks service here in Ennis. They should offered to fix my sisters drink not claim there was cold foam on it when there absolutely was not. Shame on these workers here

Nice upgrade! Our last stop here was more than 3 years ago. Cool long leather bench with separate tables. Interior seems more spacious than before. Best drink is the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with the creamy foam. They had to re-do the iced matcha since 1st was tepid matcha but they did do a much better 2nd. Fast service but drink quality depends on which barista.
I always order cinnamon dolce latte and I don’t know why, but they never taste the same so I have my favorite Starbucks

Best Starbucks in Ellis County! They have several employees working the early morning hours who are so efficient in having orders ready quickly. Once in a while I'll have that one employee that will put my lemon loaf in the package upside-down with the icing on the bottom of the bag and of course the icing sticks to the paper but other than that the service is really good.
