Welll... 2 people working. 5 cars outside, 5 people inside. Not a good combination. Owner needs to get his butt kicked for not staffing properly. Apparently they can't read reviews. Now I remember why we stopped coming here on Sundays for breakfast....only 2 people working and the restaurant was left unclean, with junk all over the floors. This place should have a gazillion customers every night, but the owner or manager have no vision. My recommendation is that the company should pull the franchise license. I'm making phone calls tomorrow to corporate.

We had an online order not only did it take an hour to get our food they were out of one of the sides the other was undercooked as well as the pepper an onions in the fajita meat they put the guacamole, lettuce, an cheese in the same container all mixed together I was so disappointed won't be back!

Had a problem breaking 100 dollar bill margarita machine was frozen over CO2 on their soda machine did not work so we were handed a Dr pepper in a can. The tortilla press machine kept throwing tortillas on the floor because nobody was there to catch them ! Very unprofessional crew needs extensive training The tables were dirty The dining room floor was dirty The bathroom faucet in the men's bathroom was impossible to turn off. Did not have ice tea . We had to wait 20 minutes to get our food.Got our order wrong!! Will never return again.. terrible experience.!!
Stopped here as we were passing through town. Unfortunately the town was on a boil water order so only drive through was available. Food was acceptable. We did ask for no cheese on a burrito and it was not honored. Taco Cabana used to be better overall. Seems to be going down hill. Guess they just need any to be another Taco Bell.

Long wait for bland food. Corn tortillas are cold & terrible. Burrito and tacos took 15 minutes. Miss the old TC!
Update 9/27/24 OMG A tortoise would have been faster making dinner tonight. This was the slowest I have ever seen Taco Cabana. Pulled in the Drive-Thru at 6:53 and didn't receive my food until 7:15. Food was okay not the greatest but it was okay

Horrible manger I got hung up on. And I call back several times and went straight to voice I placed and ordered for pickup it was supposed to be delivered that was my fault. Krystal tried to help the manger was rude. I understand why your service is horrible.
