I usually love taco cabana, but the one In Ennis was a huge disappointment. The potatoes were like overcooked French fries in the breakfast burrito and the food was very bland. Gross and it took forever to get our food.

The drive thru is excellent. The staff is quick and friendly. The food is excellent.Vegetarian options: I love ordering the cabana bowl without meat. The add extra rice & beans. Excellent vegetarian option for me.

Got food to go at 5:15 PM. Took 3 minutes to get home and food was already cold, rice was hard and crusty, refried beans had a burnt taste, Flautas were too tough to eat. All in all we believe the food had probably been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Place was empty of customers when we arrived. Now, we know why. We will never go back.

If I could give a lower score I would. On 11/28/2023 at approximately 12:50 PM I went to this location hoping to get a quick meal. When I walked in there was one customer getting some condiments at the self service bar. He was the only customer in there. I walked up to the counter, no one approached me. After a couple minutes a blonde woman came out from the back carrying a cash register drawer. She said she would be right with me. She went into another area never to be seen by me again. After a couple more minutes another person appeared and went over to the other cash register carrying what looked like a bank bag. He asked how I was doing, I replied fine. He then left, not to be seen again. I waited a couple more minutes and a woman came out from the kitchen area, I assume she was the cook as she was wearing an apron. She said something to who I think was the original blonde woman. At this point I left. I did contact the corporate office via Facebook. That was not worth much. So, were I you and you need food in Ennis, TX I'd go somewhere else.
