We ordered the smothered burritos and carnita tacos.. we enjoyed the tacos..the corn tortillas were really good and the meat was very nicely shredded and taco was gilles with meat. The salsas were tasty too we liked the red one Because it has more spice to it. Only thing I wish they would do is provide more salsa.we ordered ten tacos and only got one of each salsa. The limes were cut super small. Other than those minor things that I hope they address.. the carnita tacos were really good.not too greasy.perfect amnt of carne and burritos were good and extremely smothered in the cheese which wasn't a bad thing just needed MORE SALSA! I TOOK PICS AFTER WE DUG IN.. ILL STILL POST.

I love this place for quick street tacos ?. I love the red and green sauces at this fast food spot. The shredded chicken quesadillas are also amazing! If you need something quick and more authentic, try Taco Central. The drive through is always quick, fast and friendly.

We visit here pretty much weekly. My family of 4, is HUGE fans of their drive-thru and street tacos. The guy working the front window is ALWAYS super friendly and very courteous. The street tacos are delicious. Probably some of the best we’ve had and we have eaten street tacos from various establishments across Dallas, Ennis and Waxahachie. I swear every time we eat them they get better. Their barbacoa, Al pastor, and carnitas are our favorites and they’re so dang delicious. My kids love their burritos. We’re super thankful that we get to enjoy their speedy service and delicious food and tell people to go here all the time! Thank you Taco - Central for delicious speedy food!

I thought I would give Taco Central a try for supper. . Big mistakmistake!!!Ordered beef fajita burrito for $6. What I got was a rice burrito with some beans and less than a tablespoon of meat. No beef fajitas.My order was to go so I was ten miles down the road on my way home when I realized what was in the burrito. Called them up explained the situation and the manager refused to replace the meal. Refused to give me credit and told me they don't give free food to anyone. Apparently the don't give fajitas meat on a beef fajita burrito either. Just rice with a little beans. I spent around $10 on total order. Will not eat there again.

Great tacos and salsa. We went there for the first time today and wished we would have ordered more. I'm very much the taco snob so was delighted to finally find a place that had great authentic Mexican tacos that had a killer salsa. Service was great and fast. Wish it was closer!

FINALLY. Tortillas cooked to perfection. Presentation is picture perfect. Ennis finally has an AUTHENTIC, FRESH, and tasty taco spot with ALL the options. Well seasoned, great customer service, always coming back.
