I love Wendy's. Bud I got a Dave's Double at this one and it was a dry bun double cheeseburger. They didn't use anything else. No sauce, no lettuce, no nothing.

Edgar, the manager gave me cold food that was also the incorrect order. I was given a cold chicken sandwich instead of the junior bacon cheeseburger. The chicken nuggets were not warm, and were spicy instead of the regular flavor that I ordered. I called the restaurant as soon as I got home and Edgar told me there was nothing they could do about it. This is the 3rd time that my order was incorrect. I won’t be returning.

This is a place that does not have it together. Just ghetto all the way around. Customer service was horrible, and they are not friendly at all. Waited a long time before anyone would acknowledge me to take my order. Dinning area was filthy and dirty. Very poor customer service. They need to learn customer service skills, to smile, and be friendly.

The employee had and attitude for no reason, and I mean no reason I wanted to add things he said I didn’t ask for and I’m like ik I didn’t but I’m asking now as if he can’t just add to my order the food was cold I had extra drinks said they had no fruit punch but gave me fruit punch missed half my order had to come back and they always knew what I was back for worst experience with this Wendy’s and my food was cold I’m highly upset the salad taste like it was sour as hell threw that away money waisted.

I don’t know what it is about this Wendy’s but they never put all the items in bag. The chili is always missing the spoon, always missing the extra cheese I paid for, and the hot sauce and packets. The food is always cold or luke warm…. Is anyone working in there?

They took 10 minutes to get my order together and no one was infront of me. But I only ordered kids nugget meal and a sandwhich. They gave my kid spicy nuggets. How do you mess up a kids meal and give a child spicy nuggets.

I literally only wanted a chocolate sundae with extra chocolate. After receiving my sundae I seen that there was no extra and they told me that’s all they’re allowed to do. Terrible service

The reason for the two stars is because right before I got my food somebody else came in and complained about how hard the bread was. It seems like them messing up here is pretty normal.
Also, the lid on my drink was not fully connected and it spilled all over my vehicle:)

I went into Wendy’s tonight for a DoorDash pick up and Maria was so polite and helped me get everything for my order. Every time i come to this Wendy’s the customer service is phenomenal.
