You can't make this review up. The store is inviting visually. But this was the worst experience of any Baskin-Robbins I've been to. When we arrived it took a few minutes for anyone to greet us. And when we ordered a milk shake the young man appearing behind the counter apologized he doesn't know how to make a milk shake. He was nice enough, so I suggested he give it a shot. He declined, understandably, suggesting we wait for the lady who knows how to make shakes arrives.

While we waited, we ordered a chocolate donut. We waited a couple of minutes longer. We noticed they were out of chocolate mint ice cream, a favorite of mine And lacking other flavors. too. Think that's bad? It got worse. Several of the ice cream containers were mis labeled. Others were empty. So the place lacks the ice cream favor I wanted and lacks a person who knows how to make a milk shake with ice cream. At least while I was there.

We left. When we got to our car, I wanted to enjoy the donut. It wasn't the chocolate donut I ordered. It didn't look anything like it.

Poor customer service from your supervisor. No greeting, had to wait several minutes before I was acknowledged, and her first interaction with me was an insult. I recommend avoiding this location.

Closed 30 mins before stated closing time. Unreal lazy business

This a supposed to be a double scoop with caramel sauce and I ordered 2 of them-no sauce not 2 scoops, please hire people who know what they're doing

Always closed. Doors are always locked at all hours of the day. People at the drive thru window are incredibly rude. Who owns this place, because no one with a business brain would run a business like this. They’re always out of ice cream, so I don’t see how they make any profit. Why can’t they be clean, friendly and open like the Glade location? I’ll drive PAST this location and go to Glade for a tub of ice cream. I will never give them any of my money.

Absolutely Disgusting Behavior

I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect from someone working in customer service. The woman at the counter was on the phone cussing up a storm, openly vaping inside, and had a nasty, rude attitude like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. It was loud, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If this is who they choose to represent their business, it speaks volumes. I wouldn’t step foot in there again if you paid me.

If I can give 0 stars I most definitely would!!! This is the second time in a week where I’ve had an issue placing an order. Coincidentally I’ve tried to place each order between 8-8:30 PM and each time there been an issue. First time they ran out of bananas and this time they never received my order but took my money. Used to love BR but extremely disappointed with my last few experiences.

I thought I’d be getting what I paid for. I ordered three scoops in a cup. There are three scoops, but definitely tinier than what I’d receive in store. Definitely a ripoff if you choose delivery

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter birthday with several days in advanced and when I went to go pick it up I was told that the cake was not made.

NEVER has the icecream needed to make what I want. What's the use of BR, if they're always running out of freaking ice cream. Really defeats the purpose

Gave me the wrong ice cream pie ... Then told me there's no cookies and cream left .... Can't go inside doors locked sign says drive thru only.... Poor customer service ... Check your order before driving off.
