I only have good experiences at this location. Ice cream is good and service is mostly always good. (One time they had to make my order again, but that's no big deal.)

My family and I decided to go on a quick trip to Baskin-Robins and we chose this location due to the proximity to our location at the time. It was soooo good!! The service was great, it was clean, a little busy but speedy service. Loved it so much! 10/10

Order a ice cream cake and stayed 30 minutes to explain to them I want and they said they under stand how I wanted it. They say they will call me Thursday so I can look at it since the party was Friday if they needed to make any changes but no phone call .s o got there when opened up on Friday. And of course it was not right it cost me $50 talked with the owner he said he would not discount it or return my money I would not recommend that place for no onw.

Went into Baskin Robins Euless @ 9:39, store closes at 10:00 pm. Refused service due to all store utensils, blenders, etc. having already been sanitized. 2 employees working, 1 male and 1 female. The female employee wouldn’t even look at me, when I asked if she agreed with that, because she knew that was not correct. Terrible business at this location.

Avoid the Sundae kit, they completely do not deliver on what is suppose to create a fun few Sundaes for 4. They offer a nice set up to include cool whip, multiple toppings, two quarts of ice cream, two syrup toppings and even paper cups and spoons for the kiddos. Rec'd 2 scoops of ice-cream, 1 topping, 1 syrup topping. No cool whip, no napkins, nothing more. All VERY short of a Sundae for more than 1 person, and not even complete for 1. Ridiculously overpriced for what I got. Either lack of training in your to go staff or false advertising. Both lead to failed service.

Enjoyed mint chocolate chip shake with chocolate syrup perfectly prepared by a friendly staff. First visit to this store, which offers more varieties of ice cream to choose from. They change them so you never know what to expect beyond the standard choices. Baskin Robbins has been consistent with the quality of their ice cream over many years. Parking at this BR is convenient and ample.
In spite of the Baskin Robbins site indicating non-dairy ice cream (not sherbet) available, this location has nothing.

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins with my two kids, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. While at the shop, one of the employees noticed that my kids were coughing (they were a little under the weather). She started asking me personal questions about whether I had taken them to the doctor. At first, I brushed it off, but then she began interacting directly with my kids, telling them to look up and even suggesting they hide their faces. It felt very intrusive and unprofessional. She then mentioned she didn’t want to get sick, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
This is not the kind of experience I expected while just trying to enjoy some ice cream with my family. I understand health concerns, but there are more respectful and tactful ways to handle such situations. Hopefully, this can serve as a reminder to provide better customer service training.
