The biscuit maker had alot of hair and was not wearing a hairnet. The girl that took our order was very snappy at another employee. We didnt receive all of our order. She stated she would bring the boberry biscuits to the table, we finished eating and still hadn't got the rest of the order. I had to go and get it from tje rude little girl.

They will give you old Chicken biscuits in the morning at 7am. Shouldn't someone be up baking fresh biscuits. Staff attitude is terrible. Corporate please don't let terrible staff and old food run your company in the ground. Hire friendly faces

A great experience from start to finish! All the employees were welcoming, helping and friendly! They even brought my food to my table! The food was absolutely mouth watering and delicious! The Peach Honey Pepper sauce is amazing but my go to favorites are the Bo sauce and the honey mustard! Very clear parking lot, store and bathrooms as well!
It wasn't terrible, but we definitely won't be back. I thought the chicken was OK, but my husband and son hated it. Pretty sure they brine it in pickle juice. The biscuit was ok, but the ratio of it to the chicken was way off. Fries were decent, but the potato rounds were a little too heavy on the onion flavor. In fairness, it was all well cooked and hot, once we got it. The drinks were beyond flat. I wish I had read the other reviews first, because there isn't any bone in chicken.

This location needs to ditch the AI taking orders at drive thru ASAP. I sent my husband to get food and witnessed the robot taking the order and got the order wrong because it did not fully understand human interaction. Then, when he tried to verify the order at the window the attendant was very impatient due to my husband's accent. Idk if you all are trying to drive away business but its working.

I love this chain...on the east coast. Here, the service is inconsistent...they do not offer the same items...and the quality is variable. May take 15min to an hour for an order you may think is simple...i.e water..don't be upset if it's wrong because it probably is. No mashed potatoes or bone-in chicken...no sense of urgency...biscuits are great...usually... sadly..not all. It could be the location, though when they first opened, it was great..

Waited 10 mins on breakfast order even tho drive thru was empty and after the long wait they forgot order of bo-rounds, and drinks. Went inside for the missing item waited additional 5 minutes and then my coffee was black when I had asked for cream and sugar was given none inside the bag. Other drinks were filled 3/4 of the way. Other location is 1000 times better. Save your time and money!
