Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I wanted to give a shout out to Mr.Robert and William for always being attentive every time my partner and I come in for a quick burger and ice cream date.

**This review is about a month overdue.

A few dates ago, my honey and I were here enjoying ourselves and unfortunately there was a customer that wasn’t having a good day it seemed. Mr. Robert and William tried their absolute hardest to make sure the customer left happy.

Kudos to the Team at Braums !

This is my second time bringing the kids to a Braum for late night ice cream and boy they are so dirty. Yhe first time I ever went to Braums was in Mansfield it was "just okay" but this place is horrible. Saw one big dude literally prepare two different banana split order with his BARE HARDS, no gloves, and rubbed his face with his right wrist, didn't wash his hand, and then prepared another one. I was so grossed out I had to leave.
The place is so dirty and the staff look so unkept in their uniforms.

Look i never leave reviews good or bad i just dont care enough but this lady rebecca older heavy lady was so rude i went to the drive threw to just order 1 icecream she was rushing me over 1 icecream when i look over to my passanger to make sure they got everything they wanted they proceed to be pushing and i wouldnt say yelling but being very rude and condecending just what else do you want no one is forcing you to work there id you hate your job so much just get a new job simple dont take it out on people trying to get food who arent even being rude to you

Good ice cream and desserts. Lunch burgers and fries

Love their milk, but their food service is really slow. I recently had a burger there and I would probably never have another one but again I go there for the milk.

One of the most tasty ice cream in tx

You know your burger is old and cold when the cheese on it is cold and not melted. The other burger I order was a hamburger but it also came with cold unmelted cheese. The sad part is the manager Allen took my order and didn't get it right.

Ice cream is great as always and food is hot when served. Isn’t the cleanest of places and service is sometimes slow but we go anyways. We love their ice creams

My experience was in the morning drive thru today.
Rude lady, cold food. There's other breakfast restaurants around probably with better customer service and hot food. Not planning on being back.

Nov 4 stopped by pick up lunch. The order was correct on the board but once we got home the hamburgers had everything on them. It sucks to the high prices now and you check the display yes that’s correct but it’s wrong when you get home!!!! Won’t be back to this location!
