Leaving a review bcuz never in my life have i been told straight up “no” when i ask if i can have my jalapenos cooked for my burger. Not sure if thats a braums rule or what. But thats CRAZY.

Good food as expected from braums. But the only thing is they made my double dip cones right when I ordered them at the order sign and they sat on a holding tray until I arrived at the pickup window 5 minutes later and they were melting everywhere. And they may need pest control, as there was a plague of mosquito hawk bugs in the drive-thru line forcing me to keep my windows closed. Otherwise everything was great as would be expected from any Braums.

It's one of the best burgers I've had in a long time.... We did a drive-through, so I can't rate this atmosphere, but the cashier was kind of rude. I guess I shouldn't expect any more this day and age..... Sad but true.

Braum’s never disappoints! I love their burgers and tenders. And of course I can’t forget about their delicious ice cream and ice cream dishes. I love shopping in the mini-market. I always love taking home a few containers of their delicious ice creams.Kid-friendliness: This has long been a family establishment! They provide booster chairs and high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is ADA compliant.

This location service sucks!. The African American lady on ice cream section dont even listen to customer about what they want!. She literally disregard costumer request about type of ice cream. I asked her to add some topping of strawberry to my vanilla ice cream and charge me for it, but she avoid and said its impossible!! Whats exactly impossible to add strawberry topping to 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream Seriously??? Whats impossible is you send your costumer unsatisfied home!. I used another branch just to the neighbor city Hurst, Tx location and they treat me very well. I believe corporate needs to re-consider management on this location!!. I talked to the manager to just make correction on their employees behavior but seems like they dont care cause friend of mind just went today and they were not listened to him at any point. I dont recommend this location to anyone around!

As close as you get to an old fashion ice cream counter. Very good fresh grill menu and an amazing stock of groceries for you from fresh fruits and vegetables down to cleaning supplies. Drive Through food orders.Or dine and do some grocery shopping.Parking: Abundance of parkingKid-friendliness: What place serving ice cream isn't kid friendly?I mean Really?Come on in have a good meal enjoy the ice creamWheelchair accessibility: We'll chair friendly tables as well as space to move around freely

My burger was good but my ice cream wasn't.When it was originally handed to me I spotted something yellow in my ice cream and I handed it backThem: "oh its just a sprinkle"Me: may I just have a new oneThey don't give me a new one they just removed the sprinkle. (I may have been born at night but not last night ?)I took because didn't feel like fighting.As I'm eating I feel the crunch I spit it out and blue sprinkle residue comes out.I take another scoop shortly after I notice a red sprinkle.One, yall aren't rinsing the scoop every use. But that's another story for another daySecondly and most importantly I specifically asked for a new ice cream the additional hidden sprinkles could have been avoided if you simply follow the request of the customer (the person that is paying for what they want)Sprinkles themselves isn't harmful but it's the principal.
