We got a bulgolgi burger with a lime aid and a custom 4 patty burger with a shake along both with fries. It was all good even the fries which where thick but crisp. The only negative was the lady had to walk around to check the menu to figure out our order and pricing didn't really make sense. It was a comical moment. Not a bad experience pretty much lines up with any other burger chain.

Ordered fish and shrimp plate. It was horrible, the fish tasted really fishy as well as the shrimp. Fish is not catfish idk what type of fish it is. The worst fish I ever tasted. When I tasted it I gaged it was so bad.

I usually like the food but I recently got an order to go. Chicken strip basket. When I got back to work, something didn't smell right. I smelled the chicken & it smelled sour. I thought maybe it was just my nose but I took a bite of 2 different tenders & they both tasted off. I wasn't going to go all the way back up there so I decided to just eat the fries & toast. Then I found mild on a corner of the toast. So I just ate the fries, which were good. It was an expensive order of fries!! I will give them 1 more opportunity before I mark them off my places to eat.

where do I start? I nicely called and asked to return food that was old. burned meat patty and soggy buns. When I arrived the lady ripped open my bag poured it out and threw a hamburger at me and refused a refund stating it had been eaten and shakes were drank (there was a few bites out of one of the 2 burgers and shake were milky not drank) she constantly banged on the counter, yelling at me, her husband even slapped her on the back to tell her to calm down!!! The worst place you could ever go. I then called the police. The lady accused me of breaking her vase and refused a refund, my daughter was with me, the lady yelled at her to pick up the straws off the floor, which she didn’t do or had ANYTHING to do with the situation. Once we started to leave I saw her GRAB the patties on the burgers that we had not touched out of the trash and take the meat and put it on the grill to resell!!!! She also acted crazy with the police! Do NOT go there!
Just ate at this place after a local kids gymnastics tournament. Hate to say but my burger combo was one of the most unfulfilling burger meals I have ever had. The thickness of the burger was cardboard like.

I love Grace (owner), her husband (cook) & their daughter. They are sweet, friendly & respectful. It's as close to my mom's homemade meals as I can get (unless I visit my home state). Bulgogi dinners, egg rolls & mondu every time. This meal is bulgogi (Asian sautéed beef), sticky white rice & kimchi. The rolls & mondu are extra. She even allows my daughters (addicted) to buy kimchi in somewhat bulk size very cheap. I will eat there til the retire and/or I keel over.

Had a terrible experience, Asian lady was super rude and impatient as I was studying the menu. I told her that her service was rude and she started yelling as the cook I’m assuming her husband got in my face and threaten to hit me. Making gestures as to punch me. All this could have been avoided if the lady was not impatient and angry to take the order.
