NEVER, NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!! Their portion sizes are so cheap its pathetic!! $28.00 for 1 Bowl!!!?? My 1st, AND my Absolute LAST time here!! I've never seen such GREED from a food establishment, as this one. Even Chipotle and Piata have better portion control. The scoops they use for hummus and other options is no bigger than a quarter, and then after scooping out the1 scoop, they scrape the scoop on edge of container, and now its half a scoop!! Not even 1 bite!!! I asked if they wouldn't mind a full scoop, they told me it's an extra upcharge!! Seriously?? Are you that hard up for money?? but, I wanted to try this place out! I get down to the protein section, and chose braised Lamb, she takes the tongs and grabs the lamb, then proceeded to tap it against the container again, knocking off half the portion back into the container!! So, I only got 2 bites of the braised lamb in my bowl! I chose to add another protein, which I chose Steak, and was told by the server it was $3.00 extra, not a problem, as I wanted the bowl to be full, so I agreed. The next station with the condiments, I got corn, olives, red peppers, and a couple extras, they said 3 scoops of each was ok, but the spoon they used, was like a baby spoon, or a tea spoon, smaller than average size. I got 3 spoon fulls of each, which added up to maybe 1 Tablespoon. it wasn't much!! EVERY STATION HAD TINY PORTIONS, instead of just doing it correctly!! I understood that avocado was an extra upcharge (Everybody charges extra for avocado), and agreed to it, cause I Love avocado. but, when she spooned out the avocado, she grabbed a half avocado, and only added half of that half to my bowl, I asked her where's the rest?? She said she could add more, but its another upcharge, WHAT??? So, you only get a quarter of an Avocado for upgrading!!!?? cheapskates!!! Sauces weren't a problem, Greek yogurt & something else, I forgot. they drenched the bowl with both, covering all the other ingredients completely! I could hardly see anything else. I also got a small Iced Tea. When I get to the register to pay, she says, that's $28.72..I Just about crapped my pants!! WTF??? I don't like being taken advantage of. almost $30 for 1 person, for Lunch!!?? Your Higher than a heroin addict!! I did give one star cause the food is good, but that's the most Greediest, Selfish company I have ever, ever seen!! RIP OFF!! THEY'RE STRAIGHT THIEVES!!! How dare you!! taking advantage of your customers, by being chintzy, cheap, & Greedy, its already overpriced, but to deliberately scam your customers is not cool!!! Oh, and on top of everything else, I was double-charged for the steak!! Instead of $3.oo like the sign says, I was charged $6.oo!!! You LOST THIS CUSTOMER!!! YOU FAILED AT EVERY LEVEL!! I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I meet!!!!! And letting them all know to Avoid this Corrupt, scandalous establishment. Save your money!! $$$ You can go to any restaurant around, for way less!!! This is coming from a Chef who studied Restaurant Management in school, and knows Portion control, food cost control, inventory & purchasing, menu & food development, sanitation procedures, Human resources, and Nutrition, and how to operate and run a kitchen. Cava is one of my favorite restaurants and I was disappointed with this location. The lentils were hard and crunchy. The rice was either not cooked long enough or very stale. The portions I was given was very small and the proteins were very chewy. The staff was fine and the restaurant was pretty empty. I won't be coming back to this location and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

My family and I visit this location multiple times a week. This is the second time I’ve encountered Kelsey , the general manager, who is rude and apathetic. She created an unwelcoming experience and an unfriendly place for kids. I asked who her manager was or corporate contact, and she said no one. I also asked for the link to leave a Google review and her response was “okay, I’ll let my manager know.” She lied about not having a manger and didn’t care about the customer experience. Additionally, as I was leaving with my 3 and 6 year old, she came back to me to instigate an escalation of the situation. She said I was spamming, which is not true as I was simply leaving a bad google review ad a paying customer. My Husband asked her to leave us alone as we’re leaving. She replied by saying she will call the police and never return or she will charge me with trespassing. On top of that she said she will have her boss remove my Google review . The rest of the employees are wonderful. Kelsey was extremely unprofessional.

Kelsey the manager was unfriendly to our kids. Made up ridiculous rules about extra dressing, when we asked for next level manager, she refused to provide. She saw we were both (my wife and I)were writing bad reviews and comforted us as spammers.
I told her that we’re are leaving and to leave us alone, and she next tried to weaponize the police by threatening to put trespassing warnings on us and our 3 and 6 yo, all for leaving bad reviews.

Every week, going to cava is the one thing keeping me going! I’ve been to so many different locations but the euless one is the best one I’ve been to yet! The customer service that Gavin gives is incredible! He makes sure that every customer is satisfied with their cava, and always has a smile on his face! Thanks to Gavin, my friends and I have found a spark in cava when we go to the euless location!

We had been talking about visiting Cava for a while but only just around to it for a quick lunch before hitting the gym and ask Grace for her recommendations. I got the “Grass and Grains” with steak, fire-roasted corn, tomato and onion, harissa, garlic sauce and a few other things added on and it was very satiating without making me feel heavy or bloated before a big workout. My fiancé got a create your own bowl with chicken and steak, and even more toppings than I did and completely polished off his bowl. We also had the pineapple apple mint drink.
The steak is AMAZING. I also work in a restaurant similar to Cava and our steak can get chewy or overcooked from being at the front, but this steak was the perfect texture and had excellent seasonings on it. I genuinely wanted to go back in just for another serving of the steak.
Grace was very nice and answered all of my questions, and gave an excellent suggestion for my lunch. We will definitely be back soon to try some more.

Update- My husband and I ate here for dinner. It was delicious. The flavor is consistently good! I tried the spicy lamb pita. I think that this is my new favorite fast and easy restaurant.
My son treated me to Cava to go. I thought it was very tasty. I had the Maine Root Blueberry soda and the steak feta pita. I liked it a lot.

I dine at a CAVA almost every lunch, it’s ridiculous, and it’s an addiction I don’t want to work on.
I have two other CAVAs closer to my house (Southlake and Alliance Town Square)but I always come to this one, it’s worth the extra 10 min drive.
The food quality is consistently better, the manager Kelsey is amazing, friendly and accommodating. Furthermore the dining area is ALWAYS clean, we’ve dealt with burned and raw chicken at the other CAVAs, sticky, dirty tables, and apathetic employees, NONE of these afflictions seem to affect this CAVA, it’s one of, if not, the cleanest most consistent CAVAs I’ve been to across several different states, bravo to Kelsey and her team!
I know you have many choices when considering where to spend your hard earned dollars, and I would highly recommend you check out the Euless CAVA, I doubt you’ll be disappointed!
Parking: Much easier and many more spot available compared to the others in the area
