This location is the BEST! Today was my second time going here and still not fully sure of how I wanted to craft my bowl. However, the staff, and manager, Kelsey were amazing! I waited a little longer than I guess the norm for them was and she comped my meal. Totally unexpected, but just the thing to make my day– a God wink. :)
After a rather serious medical visit in town, we needed a comfort food lunch and a place to meditate on the day. Cava's menu was perfect and Jonathan at the Winston Salem NC location was super kind and helpful. He had our food ready in no time flat! The outdoor seating provided a quiet atmosphere away from the music inside. We will be back again to enjoy the good food when our hearts are not so heavy and we can enjoy a nice lunch surrounded by such nice staff.
