This review is specifically for management. Specifically for the guy that always wears the cowboys jersey and the female well I wish I had names. But my only issue to be specific bc of the guy with jersey and the girl that completely dismissed me while trying to pick up my online order. I’m knocking waving my arms near curbside and they see me alright … but they were just too busy standing, laughing, flirting rinsing glasses doing nothing near the bar and kept telling the girl that seen me of course the guy kept nodding his head as if he were telling her to ignore me. She then came up to the window after 5mins and kept nodding her head at me while I was trying to show my phone with the order she just looked at me looked at the guy he nodded no again and she just walked away and started attending another customer that needed a refill then just left me there standing … didn’t even try to open the door or at least try to figure out what is it that I needed. That’s bad service right there. You just don’t ignore someone just bc it’s 15 mins after closing hours. If you know u been working there for years months if someone is knocking standing waving near the curbside pickup their there to pick up an order and if not then at least do your job and be professional & productive and at least walk up the customer and ensure everything is okay. I get they must have thought it’s closed and maybe I wanted to order but NO! So now this review is public so that you’re management ensures to provide better service for others in the future if not learn too!
As a manager you should ensure your customers are taken care of. Or at least try. I get your closing hours are 930 on a Friday but I was there 15 mins after and there were plenty of people still dining. I just think that it wasn’t right for your employees not to even care to open and ensure if I needed something rather then just ignore me as if I were just randomly knocking and waving at your windows and then to be ignored completely but bc they were too busy talking amongst themselves is just not right! With that being said I’ll will never order from this bad service location with people who treat others like this I wouldn’t want to pay for your check nor tips. And this is not for everyone that works there but those two people give out bad service it reflects and makes people feel uncomfortable.

My husband was boxing his leftovers to go. He saw something strange on his plate. He showed it to the waiter who was appalled. It looked like a small roach. The manager came out and said it was just the marinade on the chicken. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Don’t insult our intelligence!! The manager comped his meal, but REALLY!! I hate that they insulted his intelligence. Do you want pictures?? Thumbs down to the manager!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My party and I were seated and waited over 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink order. Our server not only ignored us, but even assisted a table that was seated after us.

When we finally did get her attention and asked about a few menu items, she responded with a hostile and rude attitude that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. At that point, we didn’t feel welcomed or valued as customers, so we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, and unfortunately I can’t recommend this location based on how we were treated.

Maybe I'm out of touch but I came in at 8pm on Saturday night. Sat at the bar. The girls behind the bar were more interested in gabbing with eachother than working. The only other couple at the bar had to ask for a drink refill. I wasn't even asked. They made sure to give themselves a good survey after one of their tables left. What??

Then manager came out of the kitchen carrying food and the tall one said something rude about it. The shorter bartender was slightly more friendly but honestly I almost ordered Togo when I got there. I thought I'd give them a try for in restaurant service. Mistake. Didn't even get asked if I wanted a refill. I know it's not a steakhouse but at least try to give a crap. Service just really below what I consider par. I would have tipped more for some interaction. Why else do you sit at the bar?

Food was hot and delicious. Drink was also yummy. Price was fair. Overall impression is poor. Can get the same quality burgers at Sonic or Whataburger.

We come here so often and I'm just saddened by the lack of care and service we received at our last visit. I ordered a steak and when it came out well done and not medium rare I was baffled. The waiter offer to have another cooked but I was like naw I'm not waiting for another messed up steak. Not one time did a manager come to our table to check on us not one time did she come and offer her condolences because our food was messed up Its just the lack of responsibility on the management staff just horrible.

I came to lunch with my friend and her son. We were helped by Carolina. She was not welcoming towards me or maintained any eye contact. However, she was very friendly and welcoming with other tables. I’m in a bi-racial relationship. For some reason, this bothers a lot of people. The staff was staring at us and look a way when I made eye contact with them. I did not feel welcomed by the staff. I hope this type of behavior changes because bi-racial relationships are growing and the staff needs to understand and change with the times

Great customer service, Jordan the manager on duty checked on our table several times as she did for all the tables. Caroline our waitress was awesome.
Very clean dinning and restrooms. This location should be the model for all the Chili's restaurants.

This Chilis is all any of us talk about at the apartments. The staff are legendary, the food is always cooked right and is budget friendly with leftovers built in, and the atmosphere is always that perfect balance no matter what time of day!
