It's Chili's. You generally know what you're getting. However the Nashville Hot Mozz sticks were a fantastic surprise in my Triple Dipper. Absolute great addition to the menu.
This Chili's is our go-to for a quick meal out. The food is cooked consistently and is always as we expect. It's a good tried and true. I think they could be low on staff, which would explain less than stellar service. The restaurant could use a little cleaning, but it's not awful.

Went here with a big group, 40, Dat after the rush. We only had one waitress. Had food and drink runners supporting her, but it should have been managed more effectively. Apps came out with entrees. Drinks always empty…..

Fist off, I like Chili's, they make a great hamburger. That out of the way, I haven't had much luck with this particular chili's. We have tried it twice over the last 3 years and both times ended up leaving after waiting for 5 minutes to be seated. The first time was not long after covid faded away and everyone was short handed so not that big of deal. Tried again yesterday and had the same experience. Early afternoon, the bartender was the only employee we saw, he had 3 customers at the bar and there were two couples in the restaurant area. We were not even acknowledged after standing there for 5 mins so we left. Went to Hopdoddy across the hwy where they seemed to have a full staff working.

I have been to Chili's for a few years. It seems like in that time the menu changed tremendously. We don't think will be visiting again. The variety is not there for me 😔.

I don’t know what it was but visiting last night (Thursday, 5 December 2024) everything was pretty much phenomenal. It was very cold outside and before we got to the first front door, the busy host already started walking to the front to get my husband and I seated. It was fairly busy and our waiter was patient with us. We ordered the watermelon lemonade, blackberry iced tea, triple dipper (fried mozzarella, southwest eggrolls, & nashville chicken crispers), cajun pasta, & the surf and turf. We haven’t been to a Chili’s in a while, but the food was so much greater than we expected from a typical chain restaurant. I finished my plate clean & if I had more room, I wouldn’t gotten a dessert too! The drinks were good but it could be a bit better, to have more of the fruit flavor infused in them. Service was great. We plan on visiting this specific Chili’s when we’re craving it.

I have pneumonia and husband picked up salad and tortilla soup. Salad has hair in it and soup was thick with a clunk of cheese and chips when I put spoon in cup.

Had a great dinner here with the family and tried several different items including Nashville hot cheese bricks lol, they call them sticks The burgers are juicy and seasoned well, the quesadillas are very cheesy and filled with meat. My only complaint was the server didn't attend their section well. We sat waiting for simple things like a refill, our check ECT, ect
