Ordered a taco salad and it was only halfway full and barely any lettuce or veggies in it. Mostly consisted of ground beef and cheese. They forgot my wife's toast and when I came back in to request it I got very rude looks from the individual working in the kitchen.

Avoid this place at all cost!

I just got home with my drive through order and my food was wrong. I called and asked for the shift manager. Amber told me I could bring it back up there with the receipt and they could remake it. I told her a reasonable reason why I was unable to and asked if there was anything else that she could do like void the wrong charge or give me a credit. She caught an attitude and told me no. Terrible service.

They Always cancel DoorDash delivery. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t always wait until after 45 minutes I ordered to tell me the order was cancelled again.

I ordered chicken and dumplings and they were so watered down and hardly had any dumplings in there at all. Every time I visit this location I have to pull up and wait on my order. The food quality and the service needs improvement.

Had an absolutely awful custom cake ordering experience. They forgot to do the cake and called the manager to rush in and decorate a cake when I called to say I was coming to pick it up. The decorating looked like a child did it and was no where near the standard DQ cake. We have been ordering these cakes for 30 years so we know what it was supposed to look like. And if that wasn’t enough the frosting they put on was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like pure chemicals, was completely inedible, and stained everything it touched fire engine red. We threw it in the trash.

I come to dairy queen as thats usually one place food is fresh and hot and with prices what they are these days I expect nothing less but food wasn't as hot but the gravy was pure water gross

I see your commercials for the garlic Parmesan chicken tenders, come to find out this one and 2 other DQs only had them for about a week and haven’t had them for more than 2 weeks, even though the commercials are still playing. This is not the first time I have ran into this issue. Also I ordered 2 steak finger baskets but got 2 chicken finger baskets, I’ll take some blame on that as I didn’t look at my receipt. But it could have been avoided if my order was read back to me before paying. Also this DQ has never tuned a blizzard over and when i mention it they just laugh and smirk and say that don’t do anything and is a gimmick! But what pissed me off the most was I was missing one tender and a half piece of toast and my 3 extra gravy’s were hardly even half way full. The one that came with my meal was full the the 3 extra didn’t equal 1 1/2, and for $2.40 that’s a joke!

Just keep on driving. Order is never correct and service is nil to none. Clearly didn’t give me what should be on my order according to their own menu but wanted to disagree with me and make me pay extra.

Horrible service, they first gave me the wrong order. Then charged me extra for a whole meal and only gave me the sandwich, plus the chicken sandwich was raw. My son had the chicken raw chicken sandwich, he had a heart transplant and is not supposed to eat anything raw because his body is immune suppressant. I hope he doesn’t get sick from eating the raw sandwich. Totally disgusted with this restaurant.
