Refused to put a burger add on item on the actual burger. Never had that happen before at any Dairy Queen. So I had to open my burger then dump the add on item myself because the chef refused to do what the menu says.

If I could give this restaurant location negative stars I would. Customer service is horrible, there’s one manager that’s rude and doesn’t know anything. I recently got a burger from here and the patty was completely burnt. I called back up to the restaurant to explain what happened and was told to come back for a refund. (I had already explained I was not given a receipt but have the charge on my banking app). Mind you, I had to wait on my order for a while and was asked to “scoot up to the yellow line” to wait. The person I spoke with told me to come back and he’d be able to help. I came back the next day, me and my new born, and instead of being helped was told nothing can be done. I asked if the manager on duty could reach out to the manager from the previous night and he stated acting incompetent saying he doesn’t know who the managers are. Like huh??? You don’t know your store managers?

Needless to say, I won’t be returning due to the horrible communication and experience.

Been here since 12:25, its 12:45 and they haven't started my order because the cook isn't here?! I have to go back to work. Im very disappointed. The owner of this business knows this is a better location than his ft worth location but at this rate.....it won't be. DO BETTER

49 minutes in drive through. Cook that can’t multi task. Wrong order 3 times and forgot my blizzard. Horrible . Don’t go there unless you like to wait forever for the wrong order
