I went for my anniversary and the host and waiter was amazing. The host told us happy anniversary numerous times and it made us so happy. The young man with glasses as the host stand was amazing and so kind and nice to us. Please let him know he's a great guy and give him a raise. Thank you guys for making a great anniversary even on a holiday

We had 12 ppl, some received their drinks after we got our food. Server constantly forgot things Togo boxes, extra spoons for desserts....and just in general seem checked out or overwhelmed

Thank you to the staff, manager on duty, and the team for hosting my daughter’s birthday party yesterday. The food was great, the service was efficient, and everyone had a great time. A huge shout out to Jaylon, the event coordinator for putting together a proposal package for my party and making sure the package I wanted had everything we needed so that our family could have a great time. This was my second experience with Dave & Busters in Euless and this place will always be my #1 choice for family fun.

Came here to eat on my lunch break, was greeted by a guy with thick eyeliner and locs, given a menu and seated…. That was literally it !!! Nobody came and took my drink order my food order or anything ..he must have been more worried about his eyeliner than taking care of the paying customer. I literally sat there about 30-40 mins watching him and some short hair cut girl literally do NOTHING . I don’t know if he was training her bc she followed him everywhere but they really not they HE Never came back and said anything to me . So atp im annoyed, I got up and left.. I pretty much wasted my whole lunch break and didn’t even get to eat anything due to lack of customer service, Please get it together .. you never know ppls situation or schedule!

Bit confusing where to go for dinner, and staff wasn't sure how to check-in tabletop reservation. The manager had to come and do it. Margherita Flatbread was more like pizza thickness than flatbread. Fish and chips was good portion. Desert was good. Service bit slow as staff wasn't around all time.

My server was terrible. The restaurant only had a couple of full tables yet our waiter would have 10-15 minute gaps between coming to our table to check on us. Then my requests would be delayed or not filled at all. I asked for steak sauce for my steak and never received it. I asked for silver to EAT my steak and did not receive it until 15 minutes later after asking again. This delay in service did not surprise me as I saw my waiter standing around talking on multiple occasions.

Our server was completely rude the entire time, dismissive, sassy, and argumentative, to say the least. All eight of my employees had the same complaint and asked me to find the GM or manager on duty because everyone was so upset they wanted to leave within 15 minutes of being seated. Imagine spending over $400 just to be treated poorly and not receive what was advertised. The night manager, however, was amazing, professional, understanding, and the only highlight of our experience. Everything else was disappointing. We definitely should've gone to Main Event instead.

Tonight I had an issue I had over 28,000 tickets on my card. Literally been here for 4 days straight. So to have my 28,000 tickets go down to 15000 I was bit angry. The young lady here working tonight did such an amazing job. Didn't consultant manager took care of it immediately. I will continue to spend hundreds of dollars more she overcompensated me for my losses because they could not see the history. I will continue my business here because you don't get service like this anymore. Whoever she is she should get a raise to manager. Thank you so much for making things right without complications. Love it here!
Bethany was absolutely amazing. My wife and I have the same birthday and went to play games with our child and she made us feel extremely important and even played a game with our child. This location and their staff are top tier.

I honestly feel like this location can do no wrong. The staff is amazing. Even after a wait for food and service they go out of their way to make you feel seen and special. The bar tenders are the SWEETEST! We come very regularly and we always have a great time.

Big shout out to the guy at human crane ride, (SMITTY!!!!), who handled my crew of 6 and others that were in line before us. Smitty was funny, upbeat and had an all around good spirit especially dealing with the kids. If he didn't want to be there you couldn't tell because he was polite, patient and proud to do his job. My family frequently visit D&B and this experience was 1 of the BEST!!! BETWEEN SMITTY AND CHRISSY AT THE BAR, This D&B is the ideal spot for enjoying time with the kids and/or grown folks time... Thanks again D&B in Euless!!!
