Tonight I had an issue I had over 28,000 tickets on my card. Literally been here for 4 days straight. So to have my 28,000 tickets go down to 15000 I was bit angry. The young lady here working tonight did such an amazing job. Didn't consultant manager took care of it immediately. I will continue to spend hundreds of dollars more she overcompensated me for my losses because they could not see the history. I will continue my business here because you don't get service like this anymore. Whoever she is she should get a raise to manager. Thank you so much for making things right without complications. Love it here!

Big shout out to the guy at human crane ride, (SMITTY!!!!), who handled my crew of 6 and others that were in line before us. Smitty was funny, upbeat and had an all around good spirit especially dealing with the kids. If he didn't want to be there you couldn't tell because he was polite, patient and proud to do his job. My family frequently visit D&B and this experience was 1 of the BEST!!! BETWEEN SMITTY AND CHRISSY AT THE BAR, This D&B is the ideal spot for enjoying time with the kids and/or grown folks time... Normally I would give 5 stars for their atmosphere as an entertainment venue but we were there for a business presentation and the noise from the game area drowned out the presentation and any potential discussion. They could solve this with some heavy curtains inside the entrance doors to the meeting room.

It was a great experience. My children and my grandchildren came down from Louisiana. We went in the afternoon. It was really packed and busy. It was a two hour wait so we didn’t put the kids enjoy playing and eating and we enjoyed watching the game sitting down drinking.
Came in and sat down for 5 minutes while 2 personnel fought with the cash register. Not an acknowledgement. Keep in mind I was at the end of the bar right next to them. Wish I could say the food was good, but they would need to offer service for that first.

A fun place to take the kiddos at almost any age, even up to teens. This location has been remodeled and has lots of interesting new features like private game rooms and a life-size crane game that you could actually get in and be the crane. Very clean and well kept, well managed but never the most trained or tenured staff. Lots of TVs and a fully stocked bar. The food has even gotten impressively good over the years. Highly recommended fun for the whole family, but never cheap. Half price games on Wednesday helps, but expect it to be a little busier than usual.
