Server was very attentive at first. Then 30 minutes went by and we didn't have our drinks from the bar that we ordered. Asked about them an she seemed lost an didn't know what happened. Then eventually found the drinks that another worker had just walking around with. She never asked if we'd liked them remade or anything just gave them. I stated I didn't want mine cause I'd already finished eating an kids was ready to go play. Never got an apology either.
We had the barbacoa fries, philly cheese steak, and s'mores cheesecake. Everything was phenomenal, including the service. Also tried the Henney's strawberry nirvana, which was absolutely amazing.
Would not recommend going here to try to watch a big game... volume not on TV's and loud music playing. Watched the game on their TV while listening to play by play on my phone while we ate. Birthday parties all around us. Service not great. We ate and left before our 2nd March Madness game started and watched it at home. This is not a sports bar as billed on their website.
It was very chaotic trying to get someone to assist once we arrived, it took 3 people to confirm they could get a table for a group of 7 when we had made reservations. Confirming the reservation and getting seated took 18 minutes after already waiting 5 minutes to get through to the main counter. The food was good for the price and our waitress was good about checking in on us. We did go during peak time but figured having made reservations and being a bit early would have made things easier.
Our server, Sarah T., was great. She was very friendly, and was attentive to our likings for food choices. I would definitely recommend requesting Sarah as your server if you want exemplary service!

We held a small work holiday happy hour here and it was a blast! Our service was great, server was attentive and on point. Drinks and food were great, had a plenty of games to choose from and prizes to win. The office is a group of competitive people so it was definitely a unique yet fun Christmas Party for our team. Definitely one to remember.
I really love Dave and Busters their family they treat you like family the management to staff the waiter is the host everything's so friendly it's better than going to a regular restaurant the games are phenomenal I wish they still have Paperboy

Online, it was understood that reservations were preferred. I booked for a table at 8PM. We got there a little early, waited in line, only to be told that reservations didn't matter and that it was open seating because the dining area was closed. We saw several open tables, but they needed bussing. We picked the only available booth and waited for nearly 15mins before deciding to move to a bar table in hopes to be seen by a server. Our server was very kind, but we could tell she was over worked and they were under staffed. The drinks and food were great, however we never got any refills, and we had asked for ranch and mustard when our food was delivered and we never got it.

Service was horrible. Food and appetizers came out together. We waited for over 15 minutes after our food came for our silverware. Our drinks were only refilled once and then left empty. We requested refills that never came. The quality of the food was just okay..... We have been to several Dave and Busters and this was by far the worst experience.

I had made a reservation for 12 and when I got there they acted lost. They kinda just said okay find an area and seat yourself. Anyway our server was great and attentive. Food was good.
Wait time for food was over 50 minutes. The waitress acted out the if she didn't have a clue what was taking so long and there were literally two other guests at the bar at the time. The waitress came and said ma'am your food is ready, so I'm putting it under the light (not knowing my food would sit an additional 25 minutes) we'll bring yours with the other plates. Finally, receive our food, and my boneless hotlines were absolutely disgusting. I didn't even know barbecue sauce could taste, so wretched! Did I mention COLD. My son said his pasta tasted like it was flavored with butter only. The one good thing was my margarita and my children had a good time playing. Unfortunately they didn't have long to play waiting on our food as we had to leave 45 minutes later. I'll bring them back to use the remaining of their points but unfortunately we will never dine here again. We'll make reservations before or after. After you've frequented Dallas' DB this is an epic fail in comparison.

We got there on time and said we have a reservation. We were then told it is open seating. What is the point if making a reservation? It was a Wednesday night, so a table big enough was available, but if it were a busier night, that probably would not be the case and I would be very upset.

The food was absolutely terrible. I had some chicken with a dry rub. I don't think the kitchen has ever tasted the food. There was soooooooo much seasoning on the chicken that it was nearly inedible. Even scraping it off as best I could was still too much. Make sure you bring your own TP, you're gonna need it.

When we came in, the manager greeted us right away and seated us right where we wanted to be. Leslie, our waitress handled our large group flawlessly. She should get promoted to a higher position and she attended to our every request and also went above and beyond her service. We highly recommend Dave and Busters in Euless to anyone who is looking. We had a blast and will definitely be coming back.
We love this D&B location, but I wish I had read the reviews in advance. I was glad to see they accepted reservations because we had a large party of 8 and wanted to sit at one table. Just like other reviewers stated, when we arrived we were told that they don't really take reservations and it's open seating. We were able to push some tables together and make it work and had a great time. But why be on OpenTable if you don't actually honor reservations? I'm glad there were tables available that would work, or else it would have been extremely frustrating. Other than this, we love this place, but I wanted to make sure people know that reservations don't mean anything here.
