I went for my anniversary and the host and waiter was amazing. The host told us happy anniversary numerous times and it made us so happy. The young man with glasses as the host stand was amazing and so kind and nice to us. Please let him know he's a great guy and give him a raise. Thank you guys for making a great anniversary even on a holiday

We had 12 ppl, some received their drinks after we got our food. Server constantly forgot things Togo boxes, extra spoons for desserts....and just in general seem checked out or overwhelmed

Bit confusing where to go for dinner, and staff wasn't sure how to check-in tabletop reservation. The manager had to come and do it. Margherita Flatbread was more like pizza thickness than flatbread. Fish and chips was good portion. Desert was good. Service bit slow as staff wasn't around all time.

My server was terrible. The restaurant only had a couple of full tables yet our waiter would have 10-15 minute gaps between coming to our table to check on us. Then my requests would be delayed or not filled at all. I asked for steak sauce for my steak and never received it. I asked for silver to EAT my steak and did not receive it until 15 minutes later after asking again. This delay in service did not surprise me as I saw my waiter standing around talking on multiple occasions.

Our server was completely rude the entire time, dismissive, sassy, and argumentative, to say the least. All eight of my employees had the same complaint and asked me to find the GM or manager on duty because everyone was so upset they wanted to leave within 15 minutes of being seated. Imagine spending over $400 just to be treated poorly and not receive what was advertised. The night manager, however, was amazing, professional, understanding, and the only highlight of our experience. Everything else was disappointing. We definitely should've gone to Main Event instead.

We were celebrating a birthday, the food was really good! It wasn't too crowded & the games were fun. The only negative was it states on your website that on Sundays after 9pm service industry workers are supposed to get half off drinks but that wasn't the case & our server had no clue what we were talking about. All in all a good time :)

The food was AMAZING and prices a bit high but expected. Service was not so well, waitress had to be called over several times. Didn't pick up dirty dishes until we asked to made room for dessert. Tried giving me the bill and we're still waiting for dessert. Finally stood directly next to me watching as I was paying the bill to see her tip.

The waiter didn't serve my son's food. Of the 16 people who were there, my son was the last to eat after being there for two hours. My friend order nachos without jalapeño and they bring twice with jalapeño. The manager was very kind in understanding my displeasure, but I think they should improve their service. The costumer services wasn't great. It was out first time coming to this place.It's sad that we had a bad experience at this place.
Very poor service, food wasn't that great either. Will not be returning to this location at all!!

The dining experience at this Dave and Busters is considerably different than the original location in Dallas. There is nothing special at all about the dining experience, the food was ok, the service was average and it took a really long time to get our food. We will not likely dine here again. We did have a good time playing games. So 3 stars

They have many specials and many games. There were so many TV's with all various sports. A family place. A date place. An after work happy hour place. A place where you can feel like you are at a carnival. The restrooms were clean. There is something for everyone.

Called to reserve a pool table. Individual I spoke with was untrained, rude and ignorant. It was my birthday and I was treated like a number. She told me to go online to reserve pool tables only for her to be like “oh they don't have any at any of the locations near you” I took my money and business to y'all's competitor. I would suggest re training to focus on customer experience. It's ridiculous how much yall charge to just hire a bunch of unsympathetic losers who don't care about the businesses bottom dollar. Stop hiring garbage people. i made the reservation for Nov 18 and I clearly expressed I wanted to spend my birthday there. But forget it. Won't ever consider it again and will go on to tell everyone I know what garbage Dave & Busters is and how they staff their locations with bottom of the barrel.
