All you can eat pancakes for 6$ is a steal and they taste way better than most places! Bacon is paper thin though, don't recommend.

I came in near the end of the year,
late at night
Mind you Dennys is now 24hours service,..
to be immediately ran off by the cook KIM.
Next time I was-in.
I was telling Teresa I would have came seen her last night had I not been run off the other night, she said she does that often. said it’s only take-outs.
Today that same cook walks-in ASKing for more hours.
Dennys IF you give her more hours, she’s running off what few customers you have!

Would have said something to the manager Mark, I just feel like it would have been on deaf ears so I will post it on the net. See if corporate wants to save a brick and mortar location OR let it crash and burn.

I ordered from this place late at night and was given a completely different order. I would understand if a mistake was made, which is expected nowadays, but the worst part was the lack of accountability from the person that answered the phone when I called. Even though it was clear that they taped my receipt on the wrong order, they refused to own up for their mistake. All they did was blame it on the uber driver, as if the driver would change receipts on the orders he is delivering just for extra fun. If the person who answered the phone is a representative of the food they serve at this location, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We waited 10 minutes for somewhere to sit, but no one sat us. So we left.
Food was extremely cold, saw our server twice the entire time we were there. An employee’s kid was running around the store being extremely annoying and loud.

I wouldn’t recommend or unless it was just the time and hours I went today. Our waitress didn’t write any of our drink down, she got 2 of our drinks wrong and it took her a while for her to bring our drinks back. Food took long for the place to be empty probably other 4 tables with ppl but it was empty. Service was not bad but expected better for it to be empty
Our waitress was very attentive, polite, and hard working. She went above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience. The atmosphere took a ding because the floors were sticky in the restroom.

I was very mindful that I was going on Veterans Day. I was very patient as well. When I walked I was never greeted, I waited 35 mins just to get a glass of water and another 30 mins to order. The older lady was overwhelmed I guess, she had a sassy attitude and was talking with her hands and all over the place. She told me she was coming back to serve me 20 mins after I got there But never came back. A lady in a white shirt apologized for her actions but basically stated she always acts this way. What happened to good or great customer service? Never ever will I be back. Me and other veterans knew the definition of patience and waiting but she apparently don’t know how to talk to people.
