Ordered online a basic cheese pie and showed waited until the online message said it was ready. Came in and the guy behind the counter didn’t know what I was talking about. Couldn’t find the pie and really didn’t have much else to say. Place was completely dead mind you. So he looked one more time and what do ya know, the order was right there and he just didn’t see it. Asked me if I had 8 minutes and he could and he would make it. I didn’t really want anything for the mistake, it wasn’t that big of a deal. But at least apologize for the mistake wouldn’t be to much to ask I don’t think.

Man I cannot lie when I say this pizza is horrible and the new York slice is a disgrace to the culture. I just wanted a plain pizza beef med new York and got a dry stinky doe of pizza sauceless and heavy on the no love. Please guys come on! Only one customer you gotta give me the best experience and pizza ....
HORRIBLE! We waited over a hour for our food, called and it was “lost” after saying delivered. Stayed on the phone with them for 30 MORE MINUTES and they still didnt shown up for another 45 min! People were rude and disrespectful all the way around!
