Pizza was hot and ready at promised time. But the amount of toppings was very lacking, even when paying for “extra” toppings. Dominos is just mostly selling bread with very little toppings nowadays.

My husband and I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas a chicken Caesar salad and Philly tots at 5pm. Our order was out for delivery. But never made it to our door. My husband called, apparently the order went to the wrong address. (We always use his app to order dominos, it’s never been a problem). A few hrs later finally the food arrives, I answer the door and thank the delivery guy for the order. I shit you not he “asks was there something wrong with your order?” “I’d say so! It never arrived!”
And here we are with under cooked pizzas. A salad I was reverted to (bc they didn’t have the one I ordered) and burnt Philly tots. Needless to say! It’s a first for us to have such a shitty experience!

With extremely limited parking at this location, why is it necessary for the delivery drivers' cars to be parked in front of the store? Why not leave that parking space available for customers. Especially during the time you can only carry out and car side is not available 😒

This location takes nothing seriously. I will admit I accidentally cut someone off and it turned out to be a doninos delivery driver. They then pressed the horn and held it down for about 10 seconds. I get I made a mistake and I will own up to that but honking for 10 seconds is not okay. He also decided to move lanes and match my speed so he could flick me off. This is insane. I called the manager to let her know about his behavior and how he is representing them and she was rude as well. I tried explaining the situation and in a very rude tone kept saying I will talk to my driver and that’s it. So thank you to the delivery driver in the grey Hyundai and the female manager for ruining my day.

I am mad about not receiving a pizza. I ordered 6 medium pizzas. The receipt literally had a big ole 6 on it but unfortunately the delivery guy did not notice there were only 5 pizzas. Did I get a refund? NO I got 60 points which covered HALF the pizza cost. Seriously? That’s the best they can do? No apology, bo refund, no coupon on top of the refund because of the hassle. Don’t order if you can help it.
3 star: Flavor has changed, They're not giving the required time for the pizza to be cooked properly because they have so many orders. Service: Online orders for in-store pickup are horrible. The wait time outside the store is so long that I've had to get out of my car and go in and pick up my order because they don't have enough staff working. Home delivery is fine, customer service is 4 stars: the staff is very good, but they need to hire more staff to make it perfect. Domino's is one of the best pizzas I've ever tried.

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering online. I was wondering why the pizza tracker said it would take around 30-40 minutes when hours went by. I had to file a complaint on the website. Don’t order here. You’ll be waiting for hours.
