I had excellent service from a woman named Tory. She met my needs with my allergies to gluten and made sure that all the ingredients I ordered on my pizza I was not allergic too, and the pizza was delicious. We had food delivered..they got the chicken wings wrong so we call to tell them and ask if they will correct it and bring it to us ..the so called manager was immediately disrespectful and rude to my husband while he was being very nice..she said if we want the right chicken wings we have to pay and pay delivery fee..insane..not our fault you messed the order up..we will not be back

I called to cancel my because I ordered at the wrong location and I said I had the wrong location and they blatantly hung up after I said that. Rude customer service the owner should be ashamed of how the employees are there never order there again. Worst customer service at a domino’s I ever had. So disrespectful about the situation. ??????

This 5 people i see working right now does not wear gloves or wash their hands. They rubbed their hands on their clothes, touched their face, touched the cash register/pads.... and smooshed their hands on top of pizzas, flatting dough, adding toppings and swiping food off their boards w/ their hands!Other than the misery on their faces,can someone please give attention to the health and sanitation of this location!

Do not do delivery, or uber eats. Just order it and pick it up. You get a 5 star experience almost every time.I've worked for MOE, they're a terrible franchise, don't blame the issues on the employees, they're good people, overworked, etc.During covid, it litterally took 2 -3 hours for delivery.if you are having issues with delivery, etc. Try take out, it's 7.99 EVERY DAY for 1 topping large. Why would you pay 20+ dollars for delivery?But please, coming from someone who has worked the other side of the counter. See it from their end, alot of the things they can't do, is not in their power. asking for a "manager" won't help.If you are on a "do not call/deliver after x" list. There's usually a reason (IDK if this store does it, be we did at UTA, we were robbed average, 1.4 times, you should not be able to gather statistics from a single store like this)."Make MOE money" is the franchise's motto. "MOE means money over excellence", but really, it means "make them money".I know this review is weird, but trying to give you context what these employees deal with from their own company.

Placed an order around 9 pm, the delivery driver would not move towards my address therefore, I called them to see how long it would take and they kept pushing time and saying it will be there, Later found out the delivery driver didn’t even pick up my order. Almost waited 2 hours long for nothing. I had to cancel the order because I work in the morning and was getting late to go to bed.
Unprofessional ordered a pizza only for them to say it was done and on the way. They then called 30 min before closing saying they were not able to deliver.

This is the crazy place. Today(Jan 7) they told me to wait for 10-15 minutes to get ready my order.I went there after 20 minutes. Order was not ready. Asked me to come back after 7 minutes. I went back after 15 minutes. No one(employee) has any clue about my order. 6/7 people walking around, giggling, talking, talking but no one gave me answer about my order. They just wasted my 50 minutes. I took money back.Very careless and rude. They even didn’t apologize.Really disappointed ??

They suck when you order online they call and say they don't have any drivers,and tonight I tried to order online at 12:30 they close at 1am,Dustin tried calling and I didn't answer ,he cancelled my order this has happened 5 times this month and when they say they don't have any drivers it's funny I saw a dominos car going down the street this place needs shut down and it's bad cause I spend 30 dollars every time
