First ever time and Dunkin’ because I’m pregnant and was literally starving I don’t know how their drink system worked and asked for a recommendation lady at the counter just started at me with an annoyed face until I said a random thing on the menu. It was gross even my bacon egg and cheese croissant

They allow all the kids from the school behind them to fill up the lobby waiting for school to start so if you need to sit and eat your food before you go to work, don't even bother. There aren't any free seats and the shop won't do anything about it. I sat down and they surrounded me to the point that I couldn't even get up. I had to struggle to get out the door from them and spilled my coffee. Don't come here in the mornings.

I ordered a caramel macchiato with no ice with almond milk And they gave me half a drink. They gave me no receipt and told me it was regulation. $7.34 was the cost This is messed up i tried calling them no answer...

The Lady with the earbud and the headset in both ears at the same time… rude! Not acknowledging me standing waiting to take my order. Finally when my order was taken by maybe Delfred? He just approached the counter and started never saying can I help you or go ahead with your order. I started with my order and he said WHAT? Very rudely. I drive here because the food is always fresh, not anymore.

Extremely disappointed with my service this morning. I’m new to coming to Dunkin’ and had a terrible experience with Janice. Not only did she rush me to order I heard her whispering on the loud speaker “Oh my god she took forever” which is so rude! I even still after that apologized when I got to the window and explained I don’t come often so I didn’t know what I wanted. She stared straight at me not saying ANYTHING waiting for me to pay. I tried to call and speak to a manager because the whole situation rubbed me the wrong way but couldn’t get any answer.

Not sure why this place has the name Dunkin "Donuts" when they never have any donuts available or the popular ones available nor will they make any when asked. Multiple times I have gone here to get Boston Kreme & Glazed donuts many times just to hear at the speaker "sorry we are out or don't have those right now". HOW the HeLL do you call yourself a donuts shop! It's ridiculous. You can't call them because the phone never goes through, I mean cmon you guys should just close the doors already! 0 STARS!!
