I normally have a great experience at this location. I came by 11/20 and was overcharged. When I got to the window my order was incorrect which is why the price was more. I asked if I could be refunded the difference. They “refunded” the previous charge and charged me the correct amount. I wasn’t given a refund receipt and didn’t see anything confirming the refund went through. I tried calling customer service multiple times and no one answers. Continuous music plays. I came back on my lunch break the next day to get proof of the refund or some kind of solution and the woman working was very rude and didn’t offer any solution. She just said “well if they do ever answer they’ll give you a free drink” and “we don’t give refund receipts so you’ll need to just wait and see if it goes back to your account”.

Took 4min per car… they completely screwed up the drive thru lane by not having staff to take orders in the 2nd lane or a sign that says the 2nd lane was closed. Waited 30min to get my order and had to let 2 people in from the 2nd lane which just delayed everything more.

Worst place I've ever been, today I went there and got me a large golden eagle ice and I drank a plastic from my ice coffee and luckily I was just over at shipleys to get some donuts and it really hurts my throat so I had to throw up to get that plastic out of my throat....I am never ever going back there anymore...yall almost kill me today 🙃

The service at this Dutch Bros was absolutely awesome. Everyone working here was upbeat, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In terms of healthiness, I probably wouldn’t put Dutch Bros in that category. It’s more about flavor, creativity, and indulgence than healthy options. But that’s kind of the appeal; it’s more of a “treat yourself” stop than something you’d have every day if you’re worried about sugar.
