I drive a little out of my way, not only because there aren’t any close to me but because I always love the vibes here. Kodi has been my fav person to see there and today let me know that he won’t be there anymore. No one else has learned my name as quickly as he did and ALWAYS gives me my fav color straw! The little things matter and Kodi showed that.

These guys were nothing to the other Dutch bros coffee I have been in if it’s your first going to one this place I highly do not recommend. Guys and girls that were working on 06/10/2025 MUST get fired. No decaf coffee for my pregnant wife they lied to her and said it was decaf and sugar free we had to rush her to the ER due to my wife and baby being in high risk for high sugar. The carelessness and ignorence in this area must be addressed asap extrémalo disappointed with these employees.
My order was screwed up. And when I tried to buy another, the staff wouldn’t sell me the correction. So I originally spent money on the first drink order and muffin, and wasn’t sold the correction. So I left empty handed. Very disappointed. No drink and muffin, spending $13.50. This is with a 20% tip. Later I have contacted their hotline and they couldn’t help me. A whole bunch of weird customer service.

Needed to make a stop at Dutch Bros to start the day off right with a Golden Eagle. It's hot outside, the jams are jamming, we just got paid, what else did we need? I visited this location on 10/25 at 5:50am. I didn’t leave the drive thru until 6:24am. Over 30 mins for coffee. People were leaving the line left & right. People have work to get to and waiting over 30 mins is insane. Not to mention I saw a younger gentlemen standing there for majority of the time doing nothing.
